I had a very positive experience with Red Oaks Tree Service. Walter came out and provided an estimate within 48 hours of my call. His team showed up on time, removed a huge silver maple, trimmed a pine, and the overhang from a neighbor's tree onto my property in record time. They completely cleaned up everything. Red Oaks is a great company. I have dealt with them twice and have been very happy with their work and their rates can’t be beat. They are very reasonable. Walter and his team are very responsive. I received an estimate very quickly and when I had a concern about the actual work being done, Walter came out early the next morning to discuss.

I called Red Oaks about a situation at my mother in laws house where a very large branch snapped halfway and was resting on her roof directly above her patio and hot tub. Walter and his guys came out the next day and remove it quickly with precision with no harm done to any property all for a great price.

He answered all my questions fully, quoted me a fair price, and within one business day he and his crew completed the job quickly and professionally. I would definitely hire his crew again.

Our large tree fell on our house two days ago and in addition to being the most affordable option, they came out for an estimate the same day and scheduled us for a day later. They showed up exactly on time and were kind, efficient and thorough. Already have plans to use them again.

Called and had a guy come out to see the tree branches i needed to have removed. Said he would be out the next day and when the next day came he called and canceled saying he would need to reschedule to the following day. Following day came and i called him cause i haven’t heard anything and he claimed there wasn’t any work so they aren’t coming out. I received an apology and explained how i felt on the matter and he understood how difficult it was for him to keep not showing up. I do think this is a good company and they just need to work on how they schedule appointments. I will give them another try next time i have more work to do on my property.

Walter and his team were awesome. I had a 50ft tree dangling over my house, ready to fall. Not only did he respond in 30 minutes, but did the work within 1hr. Moreover, their price was a third of what 4 other companies were charging. Nevermind the fact that they did it the same day, responding to my call was good enough for me....

Excellent experience with Walter and his team as they removed 2 60 year old huge trees from our home, the trees were aged and dying and their time had come. Walter was able to fit us in within a week of providing estimate and was here on time and completed our work including stump removal without issue. I’d recommend Red Oak to anyone. Will contract this company again in the future. Called on a Thursday for a concerning tree and they were out the following Monday. Cut and grinding down two very tall trees and felled two other smaller trees in record time, with minimal damage to the rest of the yard. Walter was very courteous and professional. We also got several quotes from other companies and their prices couldn’t be beat.

These guys are as good as they come. They were extremely polite, professional and did their job very well. Very reasonable price and I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will most definitely use them again if needed.
