I was completely pleased with the service I received. Skip Conrey, the owner, was very knowledgeable about roofing and happy to explain the process to me. In addition, he went over the different choices I had in picking the kind of roof I wanted. I love the twenty-year warranty I got with my roof and he made sure my roof met Baltimore County codes—which my current roof didn’t—which definitely is going to help me with energy costs moving forward. The total cost of my roof was wonderful, and I didn’t feel like I got ripped off or that someone was trying to take advantage of me. Skip constantly kept me updated on my roofing supply delivery date as well as the timeframe of the actual install—less than 3 weeks from signature of contract to roof installation—AWESOME!!!!! The day before installation, Skip let me know his guys were coming. The next day they showed up nice and early ready to work. They carefully, and I mean carefully, tarped my front yard and back deck and moved my garden decorations to keep them out of harms way. I was able to leave his team to their work at my home while I ran errands that day. Skip and his nephew came by while I was out that day to make sure my install was going ok, and not just a drive-by, they stayed a while. They were there when I came back home and stayed to give me an update on the project status, which was completed exactly when Skip said it would be. My new roof is gorgeous! The customer service from the Conrey Family was excellent. I’ve had a lot of projects done to my home over the years, but what really impressed me was cleanup. While there was a massive amount of debris from the removal of my old roof and installation of brand new roof, when Skip’s workers finished for the day, my property looked like they were never there. I highly recommend Conrey Construction if you’re looking to get a new roof or any kind of roof work done. When they say, “Always on the Level…No Bull”, they mean it.

Dealt with Brady throughout the entire process. He was easily accessible and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The install was done in one day and the Lifetime Certainteed Landmark shingles look great.

Doesn't get much better than no nonsense salesmen, honest work, and fair prices. Conrey construction replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. Skip swung by my house and explained to me I may be able to make an insurance claim due to visible wind damage to my shingles and walked me through the whole process. Sure enough he was right and 4 days later his crew was here and had the whole job done in 3 hours. I was so pumped at how great it looked I asked for a quote for new gutters and down spouts because they have been overflowing. Skip talked me out of it, said they were in perfect condition and that the pitch was too steep then had one of his guys fix it for me for free. It was altogether a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend Conrey if you are in the market for a new roof.
