I got Jose’s contact information from neighbors in my community, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him and his company.

By the time I found Jose, I was exhausted and ready to give up on my landscaping project. I had gotten several quotes from other companies and dealt with everything from overpriced estimates to poor communication, rude interactions, companies ghosting me, and situations that just didn’t feel right. Jose exceeded every single one of them in every aspect.

From our very first conversation, I could tell he was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. Communication remained excellent from day one through completion.

For our first appointment, Jose arrived on time and we walked the entire yard together. I explained my vision and budget, and we bounced ideas off each other. He was honest about what was realistic while still doing everything he could to make my vision for the concrete work happen. He listened, offered suggestions, and never tried to push expensive upgrades or his own agenda. It was obvious he genuinely cared about giving me something I would be happy with.

Once we decided to work together, everything was handled professionally. The contract was electronic, organized, easy to keep for my records, and he offered multiple payment options.

He is also extremely knowledgeable about HOAs. Jose walked me through the entire process, completed the paperwork, drew up the plans, and even delivered everything to my HOA for me. It was such a relief. The HOA approved everything without an issue, and within a couple of weeks we were ready to start.

When the work began, I was even more impressed. Jose does NOT cut corners. He came prepared with his own tools and equipment and was incredibly thorough with the foundation preparation and framework. He didn’t rush these stages. You could see how meticulous he was and how important it was to him that everything be done correctly so the finished product would be right.

What really says something is that my neighbors noticed too. One neighbor, who was having concrete work done by another company, told me they had been watching Jose and his crew work and were impressed by how thorough and professional they were. Another neighbor asked me for his number. The project wasn’t even finished yet and his work was already getting attention!

Pour day was just as impressive. Jose was right there overseeing everything while working alongside his crew. He had eyes on the entire project and everything ran smoothly, efficiently, and in an incredibly organized way.

When the concrete was finished, I was honestly shocked by how beautiful it looked. It exceeded what I had pictured in my head.

His crew was professional and clean throughout the entire process. They returned to remove the framework, washed everything down, cleaned the perimeter, and didn’t leave trash or debris behind. Jose even followed up after completion to make sure everything looked good and that I was happy.

Business aside, Jose is simply a genuinely kind person. He’s the kind of person you WANT to give your business to. It is rare to find this combination of honesty, professionalism, quality workmanship, communication, and kindness in this industry.

And you would expect this level of service to be extremely expensive — it wasn’t. Amazingly, Jose was one of the most reasonably priced quotes I received while providing by far the best professionalism and customer service.

Jose is officially my guy for my landscaping needs. I won’t go anywhere else, and he is who I will refer people to. I normally don’t like attaching my name to referrals, but I have no hesitation doing it for Jose. He is simply too good not to share with other people who, like me, just want a beautiful yard at an affordable price where their family can make memories.

We had an above ground pool removed last fall and we decided to replace it with a new deck and patio. Ever and his team helped us select a beautiful brick patio color pattern to complement our deck. His communication during the entire process was exceptional, immediately responding to calls or texts. Any issues that arose he addressed promptly to ensure complete client satisfaction. Before and after photos are quite exceptional.

I am having a prefab 20'x30' steel shop building installed, requiring a reinforced concrete foundation and slab. The building required a County Permit, and the concrete work needed to be done according to a detailed engineered plan.
I submitted a request for a bid to LEMUS Concrete via their website. Pedro LEMUS, the Owner, called me within the hour and arranged to look at the work site. Two days later, he sent me his estimate, after reviewing the plans. The estimate was very reasonable.
They arrived a few days later and completed the excavation, forms and reinforcement in one day. When I called for inspection, the County Inspector commented favorably about every aspect of the workmanship.
Within the same week Pedro ordered the concrete and his family crew completed the pour in a couple hours - - an exceptional job.
I am totally pleased and will recommend LEMUS Concrete very highly. They are experienced, they know what good work should be, and they practice it on the ground.
