less than 6 months with a new roof and we already have 3 leaks. first leak came all the way thru 2 floors. second leak ruined the ceiling and split the paint. 3rd leak came thru 2 floors in the walls. contacted Firestone about the warranty, and come to find out they never finished the job and the warranty was never fully implied. now im stuck in the middle of trying to deal with CDA and Firestone. this is not a reputable company at all or in any way. the reason we are having leaks is, CDA broke 2 of the sky light in more than 15 places on each and they reused them and put them back in place broken. what would you say to a company that does work like this? would you give them a recommendation?

Cda is the worst!! I thought a local company would be better. NO! They are the worst.
After they put a new roof on i had several leaks.
They had to comeback several times to attempt to fix the leak around the chimney it finally appeared to have stopped. After several attempts to stop the leaks around the vent pipe it may have been fixed but won’t know until we get a good rain storm.
Now they also installed gutter guards. But they were installed wrong. Instead of being flat on the gutters they were installed at a 45 degree angle that caused massive ice damns built up on the gutters. I have no idea of what damage that might have caused. Avoid this company! The owner was difficult to deal with and threatened going to war with me.

We hired REDCORE Concrete Services to cut an opening in a concrete wall for a new doorway. Maxim and his team were very professional and explained the process clearly before starting the work. The wall saw cutting was extremely accurate and clean. They respected the property and left the area tidy after finishing the job. I would definitely use them again for any concrete cutting projects.

We hired this contractor for a bathroom project we had done in Wilbraham, MA. The staff that were assigned to do our project was Corin and Isidro. They were awesome!!! I can’t say enough good things about them. They were very friendly, respectful, very hard working, reliable, thorough, talented in their ability to complete our job to perfection. They were very detail oriented and very pleasant to have around. I think our job may have been considered a small job that mainly consisted of ceiling/drywall replacement and painting. However, they went above and beyond and did not take any shortcuts. When they were done, the bathroom looked brand new, lol. I have some more future projects that I will be sure to hire Eddie and his incredible team for again. I highly recommend this contractor! Thank you

Very responsive and attentive to our renovation needs!

Eddie made sure that things were right and our project was completed. He even came back by and fixed a problem when asked. If we can rig the financials for an addition we are planning on using Eddie again.

Had two walls taken down to open up my kitchen. New ceiling put in & a beam. Eddie did a fantastic job! Currently using them to install half bath.

Eddie and his team did a great job installing lvp in basement. They took the time to wash the floor and put my furniture in place. Will hire again for other home projects.

Stone and Oak Construction replaced the rundown chimney on our house and created a small stone patio adjacent to the chimney.

Everyone involved in the job was professional, respectful and very competent. Given the location of the work area, there was relatively little interference in our daily lives.

Stone and Oak did a superb job on the chimney; the new brick is very well-matched to the brick on our 70-year-old house, and we love our cute little front patio. I would recommend this business without question.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a truly exceptional general contractor on my kitchen remodeling project. From the outset, he demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and knowledge, providing invaluable guidance throughout the process.

Eddie and Adriano did 3 bathrooms for me at my house in Longmeadow. They came in with the right tools (laser levels, wet saws, and the latest tile setting accessories, and skills) with great attention to detail so the quality is superb. They were easy to work with, great communication skills, great problem solvers, and totally trustworthy. Their pattern matching is spot on! For my next project, they are the only team I will call. I highly recommend them.

Eddie’s and his team (Patrick and Corrin) did an excellent job rebuilding the interior stairs in my 2-family house! They were prompt and professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. The work was very well done, and the stairs are no longer a safety issue for my tenants. I am very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely hire again for any future repairs.

Stone and Oak was fantastic! Very professional and truly skilled craftsmanship. Eddie guided us through the purchasing of quality materials and the overall design. Our bathroom is small and was covered in the original blue tile, and had serious plumbing issues. Eddie and his team completely rebuilt and the results are even better than imagined!

Eddie is very professional and easy to work with. His follow up was great and the quality of his work was outstanding. His crew was excellent, too. The room was originally a breakfast nook and now a high end bathroom. We are very pleased and happy with the outcome.

From beginning to completetion. Eddie, his crew and all subcontractors were very professional. They were very clean, made suggestions and answered all and any questions. They completed our bathroom when another contractor did not finish or return calls. We love our kitchen. We are planning on another job and will have Eddie do the work. The before and afters do not even do this project justice. We decided it was time to bite the bullet and turn our house into something we loved, for us. We were getting water in our cellar, coming from behind our 75 yo front stoop. Stone and Oak Construction and Cosentini Landscaping took out our old stoop and walkway, as well as a small area out our back porch door. Replaced it with a new gorgeous stoop and walkway with pavers. Of course there were some obstacles, but they were awesome. Couldn’t be happier with EVERYTHING they did! Eddie Gomez to our rescue and Adriano Cosentini is absolute perfection in pavers. Highly recommend. Wish I could give way more than 5 stars. Including before and after pictures.
