I was very happy with the service that Servepro did in our home. Dean and George were excellent in their knowledge and their skills removing damaged material and replacing with temporary material to make it safe in the home. I would recommend them to anyone who has water damage in their home

Unfortunately this is a tale of 2 companies. We had a flood in February that kept us out of our house for 6 months. The night of the flood we called ServPro and they came out first thing the next morning and put in dehumidifiers and helped dry things out. After that they also did a great job with removing any damaged items like the cabinets, carpet and flooring that needed to be removed. They were unwilling to remove some flooring though due to what I understood as getting burned previously due to unknown asbestos even though it was tested, but that's understandable.
Then came the mold remediation which is where all the problems started. The crew doing that work did not cover up anything in the house when spraying the encapsulant so they destroyed many items including: thermostat, toilet, tub surround, tub (luckily it was able to be refinished), entry door, multiple inside doors, multiple windows, my sons bed frame, my shop vac and the washing machine has it on it. This would probably have not been a problem except for the fact that the company would not even answer me for any type of compensation for the items for months. I was told in March that I'd be reimbursed for the cost of my thermostat, but that never happened. I was also told that I had signed a contract saying that the work was done to satisfaction and there were no damages, but they were not able to provide that paperwork when I asked. They said I had signed it in February when the work was done in March. The only communication from the company about reimbursement was essentially a contract that wouldn't allow me to voice my issues online or verbally and to just take the money for the damaged thermostat.
Be cautious when using this company. Make sure you check all you belongings before signing off on anything and make sure you watch them closely to make sure things are done properly.

I initially left a good review, but now I am unhappy with the service I received. I had a kitchen fire and they barely cleaned anything and instead smudged soot around my ceiling and took everything out of my cabinets. They also left a long strip of untouched soot across my wall. After hiring a painter, he did a better job cleaning it up in a hour with magic eraser. They kept my carpets hostage for over a month when they said they would clean them and return them within 2 weeks. They left tape all over my walls and punctured it with staples that were never removed. Finally they refused to get rid of my burnt microwave for me at first until I questioned them why they would not if they were a cleanup company. I am understanding that fire damage is hard to clean and never expected it to be spotless when the job was done, but there was barely an attempt made.

Will and Carlos provided top notch service with cleaning, pack out and demolition of my basement. Will was especially helpful and kind in all my dealings with him. He was great at keeping me informed as to the status of the job and he worked around my schedule. They were both courteous, friendly and respectful.

Dean and Will did a fantastic job cleaning up and taking apart our basement and somehow managed to keep a stressed-out homeowner calm. They treated our house and belongings with great care. The crew that assisted them were very kind and professional. I can't thank Deb and Jesse enough for the work they did behind the scenes. As much as I hope to never need their services again, I would hire them in a heartbeat!

I recently was in need of mold remediation after a finished basement flooded when my water heater burst. I cant say enough how fortunate I feel that I chose Servo Pro. Their team., CARLOS; WILL; DEAN; and JESSE ROGERS were exceptional re; the mold removal process. They were polite, explained any questions, reliable, and took great measures to protect the rest of my home from mold exposure. Their work was meticulous and completed quicker than expected. I felt comfortable with the team working in my home even when I was at work. Jesse went above and beyond with customer service, he was always accessible as project manager to answer any questions and he and his team ( CARLOS WILL & DEAN) explained everything through the process. Their knowledge of their craft was incredible. Their work was exceptional. I would use servepro again and request same team if needed. Dealing with a home emergency is so stressful, they truly took away a lot of it. I recommend them to anyone in need of a service provided by servepro. With great appreciation, TRACY HOUT.

Raphael, Dean and Conner were the best! They did a great job and were so friendly, I was happy to have them in my home for a week. They played with my dog and took care of all the work. Highly recommend them.
