Reviews of local pros in Andover, Massachusetts

We highly recommend hiring Bamberg Tree Service. Jonathan and Joe are highly knowledgable arborists and trustworthy, reliable workers. They went above and beyond what we hired them for (pruned a smaller tree they saw that needed some TLC and taught us how to treat its root rot and researched the questions we had about ivy growing on some of our trees, and more). We hired Bamberg thinking we had a dying maple that we needed removed (a lucrative job) and Jonathan let us know during his assessment that the tree was healthy and explained why the past 2 seasons it may have looked otherwise because of weather and freezes. Jonathan pruned our trees and opened up the trunks to more sunlight where moss was growing. He also removed some big branches that may have caused damage to our cars or our neighbors' yards, all with the health of the tree in mind. Jonathan and Joe showed up through the heatwave and cleaned up quickly and well and let us know ahead about a needed break they were taking because of the heatwave. They also left some wood, that we asked for, to use as firewood, which we really appreciated. An unexpected surprise was that Jonathan does all of his own climbing (as opposed to bringing heavy machinery or vehicles on property) and he hauls away limbs and does the chipping on another property (so no loud noises for neighbors or you). It was amazing to see the skillful climbing and use of different tools. I'd have loved to have hired Bamberg when my kids were younger, for the learning and watching experience. Support a small business and a dying art. Invite a healthy diversion and a learning opportunity to your own yard - and feel good about caring for your yard, your neighbors and your trees!

I had Bamberg do some work in my backyard. It was last minute and quite extensive and I must say I was blown away by the before and after. Not only did he work swiftly and efficiently, but he cleaned up so well you would never even know how much brush, branch and vine he just removed. Nice guy, you could tell he’s passionate about what he does and takes pride in his work. An easy recommend for anyone looking to have some greenery cleaned up on their property. 5 out of 5 stars for sure! Call him you won’t regret it! The first 2 images are before and the third the amazing after.

DiCicco landscape and irrigation is very professional. The crew who comes to start and shut off the irrigation system is knowledgeable and courteous. I will highly recommend them.

Outstanding service, look no further!

Great service year after year!

Luis was excellent, as always. On time courteous and efficient.

Top notch company, can’t really say that too much these days. I’ve been using DiCicco for 4 years now for irrigation maintenance and winterization. Thank you for your professionalism!

Great company. Good to work with and came back to check on things after putting in upgraded irrigation system. Nothing but positive things to say.

The DiCicco team was fantastic. Eric was very responsive and complete our job in a short time frame. I would absolutely use these guys again for my next project.

Yordi is an awesome service technician! Competent, thorough, professional and TOTALLY consistent with the level of professional landscape construction & service I have been spoiled with from DiCicco Landscaping over the past 15 years. Unquestionably the top landscape build and service organization I have seen. Prompt, easy to do business with and meticulous quality. Ty Yordi, Luis & Stephen

The DiCicco Team did an amazing job completely transforming our front walkway, drainage, entryway deck, and mulch beds. The area was in total disrepair and Steve and his team made thoughtful recommendations and took the time to understand what we wanted and how to bring that vision to life while ensuring high quality work to our drainage and irrigation systems. We are thrilled with the new look and highly recommend working with them- very responsive, and knowledgeable at every step of the process.

Jordi always gets 5 stars from us. Great job, as usual.

I had the pleasure of driving behind one of their dumpster trucks on 93 North this morning while garbage and styrofoam flew out all over the interstate. When I pulled up beside him and motioned backwards the driver smiled and flipped me off.

Steve DiCicco and his team are great to work with. They are professional, prompt and efficient.

DiCicco Irrigation has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. They have been very responsive to service requests. Their crew is very knowledgable in identifying problems and fixing them the first time. As a new homeowner they have been very helpful in showing me how to setup programs on the Rainbird app. Couldn't ask for a better contractor to maintain our irrigation system.

Luis did a great job winterizing my sprinkler system. He was helpful and knowledgeable in recommending a wireless upgrade for my system.

Steve’s guys are great workers and very detailed. They built our beautiful patio, water fall and pond years ago and it’s now like an oasis that we enjoy 8 months a year. Very responsive

Made an appointment... they never showed up.... they never called. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!
