Constraction reviews in Arlington, Massachusetts

A neighbor of mine recommend using Paraiso
Construction for new porch railings, and window repair.
Paraiso Construction were friendly and helpful in recommending the type of railings to be used. They did an excellent job in a timely manner
I am very pleased with the work, and I plan to use Paraiso Construction for my next project

Used Paraiso on couple of house projects and was very happy with the speed, quality of work, and responsiveness. Also, during the initial project discussion Roberto provided couple of very good ideas/options to consider. Will definitely use Paraiso in the future.

Paraiso Construction did a major renovation of my upstairs.Workmanship was superior. Price was very reasonable and work was completed on time. When I needed a new roof and windows I had them return to do the work. Very Satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience with Roberto. Our project was completed within budget and on time. Roberto and his crew were helpful, conscientious and respectful. Any issues that came up were solved and remediated quickly. Highly recommend.

Roberto did a full bathroom remodel on my only bathroom. His budget was reasonable, and he made sure he kept to it. The end result was a bathroom that makes much better use of the space and even feels larger.

During the process he sealed off the area and made sure he cleaned up every day, so even though some dust settled, it was manageable. We touched base every day, so I always knew what was happening. When I had concerns about finishing details, he took care of them instantly without argument, and went even beyond, noticing things I did not notice.

The process took three weeks, mostly due to permitting issues and my failure to get the tub on time. I would certainly use him again.

Roberto did a great job replacing part of the foundation of my three season porch, repairing my retaining wall, building a fence, replacing a door, and fixing some plumbing related problems I was having in my bathroom. He is super nice and knowledgeable, and I am very happy with the work he has done for me.

Roberto has done work for both me and my father on several occasions. Paraiso Construction has done carpentry work in both my home and in my business. Roberto is professional, knowledgeable and does great work. You can tell that he really takes pride in what he does. I’m very happy with the services that I received and recommend Paraiso Construction.

Roberto has done a lot of work for me, including outdoor front stairs, back stairs, and a rear deck. He does great work, and he is one of the most reliable and conscientious contractors I know. His prices have always been very reasonable. I've recommended him to a number of people, and we have all been extremely happy with his high-quality work!!

Roberto was super responsive for our project and was able to help out on short notice. He had good advice on how to proceed and everything turned out really nicely! I wont hesitate to use his services again or recommend to a friend for a project big or small.

We had a wonderful experience with Paraiso Construction. Roberto guided us through the planning process, stuck carefully to the budget, and did very high quality work. He makes sure even the little details are done correctly. A great job at a very fair price -- we'll definitely go back to Paraiso in the future!

We had such a great experience with Roberto and his team. He listened to our needs and made suggestions that made our project come out fantastic. Roberto pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. We are so happy we hired him and look forward to working with him on future projects.

I hired Roberto to get my house ready for sale. He painted the entire interior, replaced carpeting, remodeled the bathroom completed several other smaller projects. My realtor had very specific instructions and Roberto cheerfully paid attention to all of the details.
I ended up moving back in instead of selling and I was very happy with the quality of work, reasonable cost, and ongoing communication.

Roberto is our go-to for home maintenance and construction projects both big and small. He has done various jobs for us, including replacing faucets, installing lighting fixtures, fixing our furnace, electrical and furnace repairs, and installing a vent for our stove.

Most significantly, he finished our attic space to turn it into a play area for our children. The results were beautiful, and I really appreciated his attention to detail - for example, he pointed out that putting nice molding above the door to the space would make the area look much more finished and in the character of the rest of our (older) home.

Roberto is always cheerful - he's a pleasure to have around (during the attic project, he was hanging out with us every day, and my toddlers were ready to adopt him into the family!). He responds to texts promptly, communicates well throughout the project, and hires quality subcontractors when necessary. We're going to try a bathroom with him next, because I've seen photos of what he's doing around town, and they look great!

Roberto was very knowledgeable,    efficient, and professional.
He did an excellent job on my basement window replacement, ceiling replacement and sump pump installation.I am extremely happy with the end result!
His crew was also amazing. I strongly recommend Paraiso Construction.

Paraiso Construction renovated a bathroom in our home. The work was high quality and Roberto was great at being on time and on budget. They worked quickly and were diligent about keeping the work area clean after they left each day. I have nothing but good things to say about Roberto and his team and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

We hired Roberto and his team at Paraiso General Construction to finish our basement. From the beginning of the project, Roberto was a partner in the project, offering excellent suggestions and ideas in keeping with our budget and desired results. Roberto and his team showed up when they said they would, worked straight through and completed the project in a timely manner. We could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Roberto did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation. From the start, he provided us a very competitive estimate for the job and maintained great communication throughout the project. He was good in providing advise on options as well as understanding our design ideas. We highly recommend Paraíso construction and we will certainly be working with Roberto again on our next project!

We hired Roberto to install additional support columns on several beams in our basement after recommendation from a structural engineer. We are extremely happy with the work that he did. From start to finish Roberto was very professional and easy to work with - including the quoting process, permitting, and structural work. He finished the work faster than expected and it came out right on budget. Highly recommend the Paraiso Construction team, we will be hiring them again!

We used Paraiso construction to redo the porch railings on our 2 family house and were very happy with the results. Roberto patiently walked us through our options at the beginning of the project, explaining the pros and cons of each decision. He and the team were always prompt and responsive. We appreciated them being so diligent with their work, respecting our home, and getting the project completed quickly despite the weather. They carefully cleaned up at the end of each day (not just the end of the project) which we were very thankful of because of our small kids running around! Highly recommend!

Roberto did an amazing job with the renovation that we did at our newly purchased home. The major works done were a total facelift to the older kitchen, bathroom renovations, whole basement and porch reflooring in addition to the list of updates recommended by our home inspector. There were a lot of smaller and bigger items in our list and Roberto patiently listened to all of our requirements and gave valuable suggestions where needed. It was a huge help that he was around to offer timely recommendations as we were new home owners and did not know many things. There were a few things that we wanted to be done in a particular way and he accommodated all our requests. The best part of our experience with Roberto and his team was that he was always available and we never had to wait for him between the different stages of the upgrade and he was always accommodative of our schedule. His core team was also very polite and nice to work with. We look forward to working with him again in future.

We were so happy with our experience with Paraiso and are delighted with the results. Rest assured that the way Roberto treats your from your first meeting until project completion will be the same -- he comes as advertised. He is professional but relaxed, and was always willing to work with us as little things inevitably popped up. It never felt like he was pushing something on us that we didn't want or that he was trying to make things more expensive unnecessarily. He was an excellent communicator throughout, the result of the work was fabulous, and he came in on budget with no surprises. We're very happy to have discovered Roberto and his team and would not hesitate to call on them again for any contracting needs.
