Construction Company reviews in Arlington, Massachusetts

I contacted MFC Masonry Contractor & Chimney Serv Ltd. for a full chimney inspection because my fireplace wasn’t drafting properly. The technician, Daniel, carefully examined the chimney liner, flue, and surrounding masonry. He explained that soot and debris buildup were affecting airflow and recommended a professional chimney cleaning. After the cleaning was completed, he also performed a minor chimney repair to strengthen a weak section of the brickwork. The fireplace started working much better immediately after the service. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and thorough the technician was during the entire process. The service was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Overall, it was a very positive experience. While inspecting the chimney area he also noticed signs of moisture and suggested mold removal services. Their mold remediation process eliminated the issue and improved the safety of the area.

The air conditioner repair services were quite professional. Everything is currently operating without a hitch after the quick repair. Additionally, they suggested dryer duct and vent cleaning, which immediately increased efficiency. A mold …

Poor quality work, and damaged my property! don't use them! nothing but problems!

Great contractor who shows up on time and completes the work with no complaints. Great to work with.

They are quick, reliable and fair with pricing. Roberto is fantastic! His work is impeccable!

I've used Paraiso Construction on several home projects including finishing our attic. Always top notch work at a fair price. And very responsive!

Roberto and team were great! They re-did our front stairs. Excellent communication and did everything to make sure we were happy with final product. Highly recommend!

A really nice guy, who does great work. We had him fix a stair railing off our porch. He found the best materials and made it better than we expected and frankly better than when it was new. Also his prices are completely reasonable.

Roberto installed a ventilation duct for my above-the-range microwave. The work was completed quickly and cleanly, and at a very reasonable price. I'd hire him again in the future.

Roberto is hardworking, thorough and reliable. He has done a variety of jobs for my home. No job is to big or to small. I highly recommend Roberto!

A neighbor of mine recommend using Paraiso

I am very pleased with the work, and I plan to use Paraiso Construction for my next project

Used Paraiso on couple of house projects and was very happy with the speed, quality of work, and responsiveness. Also, during the initial project discussion Roberto provided couple of very good ideas/options to consider. Will definitely use Paraiso in the future.

Paraiso Construction did a major renovation of my upstairs.Workmanship was superior. Price was very reasonable and work was completed on time. When I needed a new roof and windows I had them return to do the work. Very Satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience with Roberto. Our project was completed within budget and on time. Roberto and his crew were helpful, conscientious and respectful. Any issues that came up were solved and remediated quickly. Highly recommend.

Roberto did a full bathroom remodel on my only bathroom. His budget was reasonable, and he made sure he kept to it. The end result was a bathroom that makes much better use of the space and even feels larger.

During the process he sealed off the area and made sure he cleaned up every day, so even though some dust settled, it was manageable. We touched base every day, so I always knew what was happening. When I had concerns about finishing details, he took care of them instantly without argument, and went even beyond, noticing things I did not notice.

The process took three weeks, mostly due to permitting issues and my failure to get the tub on time. I would certainly use him again.

Roberto did a great job replacing part of the foundation of my three season porch, repairing my retaining wall, building a fence, replacing a door, and fixing some plumbing related problems I was having in my bathroom. He is super nice and knowledgeable, and I am very happy with the work he has done for me.

Roberto has done work for both me and my father on several occasions. Paraiso Construction has done carpentry work in both my home and in my business. Roberto is professional, knowledgeable and does great work. You can tell that he really takes pride in what he does. I’m very happy with the services that I received and recommend Paraiso Construction.

Roberto has done a lot of work for me, including outdoor front stairs, back stairs, and a rear deck. He does great work, and he is one of the most reliable and conscientious contractors I know. His prices have always been very reasonable. I've recommended him to a number of people, and we have all been extremely happy with his high-quality work!!
