New England Heat Pump was very knowledgeable, professional, and their work was very neat. They also give back to the community, whether it’s donating their time, or supporting children’s sports in some shape or form. Great company all around!

New England Heat pump Did a phenomenal job. Great customer service would highly recommend

At first contact Jimmy was very responsive & gave me multiple options and guided me as to what would be best and what I would be happiest with.

His team worked quickly and cleanly. After the installation Jimmy came back and walked through all the functions of the systems and made sure I was good to go.

Jim at New England Heat Pump is a very experienced professional and will provide great advice for your particular needs like he has done for me. He’s knowledgeable, reliable, transparent and gets the job done right in a timely manner. I highly recommend !!!!!!

We couldn’t be happier now that our heating and cooling mini-split has been installed. For years, we have struggled to keep our house cool in the summer months, but that is no longer the case. From start to finish, Jimmy was communicative about what would be the best fit for our space, what was needed to do the job the right way, and kept us updated throughout the process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jimmy and New England Heat Pump and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism and dedication.

The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the project efficiently without compromising quality. They provided a detailed estimate that was fair and transparent, ensuring there were no hidden costs or surprises along the way. Jimmy took the time to answer all of my questions and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the final outcome.

What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and the work they do. They treated my home with respect and left the workspace clean and tidy after finishing.

If you're looking for a reliable, hardworking crew that delivers amazing results at a fair price, look no further than Jimmy and his team. I’m thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects!

Jimmy and his crew were wonderful! They were knowledgeable, personable, and always on time as promised. We've talked about upgrading to a mini-split for almost 10 years, as our in-the-wall AC was very loud, shook the wall at times, and was being held together with duct tape in spots. 😆 no regrets at all with our new Mitsubishi. Thank you Jimmy!

I highly recommend New England Heat Pump co. if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy company that stands behind their products. The expertise and leadership of this company put customer service first and foremost want customers to be happy.

Highly recommend New England Heat Pump! Jimmy is incredibly informative and makes the process so easy! You won't be disappointed going with NE Heat Pump!
