Tried reaching out a couple of times and all I get is a voicemail. I have contacted other plumbers who at least have the courtesy to reply and say they can't take any more work at the time. This guy can't be bothered to reply. Very unprofessional.

I haven't head Lovett Plumbing to my house yet. That's because I've called him twice and both times he gave me really good advice over the phone that solved my problem. For free. That tells me he's someone to be trusted when the job gets too big for me to do myself. I will definitely not hesitate to call Lovett for my plumbing/heating needs.

Had a great experience! I called at night because of a leaking hot water tank, he called me back 10 mins later and came the next morning. Was even able to quickly answer a couple questions via text, and checked out the warranty before he got here. Job done well before lunch. Will absolutely call Lovett again!

Up from 3 stars because Charlie quickly addressed my concerns.
Positives: quick response, same day replace of my water heater, job is done in 1 hr, looks to be neat, old parts disposed off.
Negative was an unexpected $100 charge for vent compliance (on top of $1400 job installing $684 heater) and a brand substitution that I was not warned about (Bradford White to Ruud). Once I voiced my irritation, after the job was already paid for, Charlie reimbursed me $75.
He is an upstanding guy, but, like with any contractor, expect surprises.

Charlie is amazing. My experience was in line with the others, only for an emergency call for no heat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained how the systems worked as he was working.

He was prompt, friendly, professional, and to quote one of the previous reviews, charged a fair price.

Charlie and his associates installed a brand new boiler and water heater in 2017 for what was a very competitive price -- much cheaper than the other options we queried. The price was not indicative of the quality -- this was top notch, so we got incredible value.

Charlie was very informative of what was being done and also made recommendations for a chimney liner and cap.

Over the years, he has helped troubleshoot random issues over the phone and text at no charge. One example was identifying a frozen pipe over video chat (again, no charge). All we had to do was place a space heater next to the baseboard and all was well.

After we moved, we kept Charlie as our go-to plumber, and he's helped with some of the issues we inherited. He's been very prompt in his responses.

In a pinch, he can help out with emergencies, but we definitely (and understandably) paid a premium.

Although Lovett was not the plumber who installed my hot water heater they were very responsive and tried to help me diagnose my water heater issue. They’re very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Lovett plumbing and heating just based on their customer service.

It was literally outrageously expensive - we had to pay multiple fees and then $270 an hour. The plumber who came just changed a leaking faucet - it took 3,5 hours at $270 an hour plus the other fees - that is just robbery because we were desperate. The plumber kept saying taking out the old faucet was complicated - maybe it was, but he also struggled with nearly every part of the process. He was nice, and the faucet was replaced but it was insanely expensive.

We had an issue with our washing machine. Charlie was thorough in making sure he diagnosed the issue correctly and worked quickly to fix it once he figure out the problem. He charged a fair price for the work, will definitely use his services again in the future.

Charlie replaced my water heater this morning and did a very nice job. He responded to my call quickly and offered me the fair price. He also is very pleasant person to talk to and answered my question patiently. I have an steam boiler which looks very old but still works. Several plumbers kind of push me to replace it. I couldn't tell what year the boiler was installed. I showed it to Charlie and he said he will find out the age of the boiler for me. He also said if it works well why replace it, no push to replace all all. Charlie is a very reliable professional and I will certainly come back to him and recommend Charlie to my friends in the future.

All that has been said is true - Charlie is a reliable professional. He responded to our inquiry promptly, came the next morning to replace our water heater, and we had our hot water back within an hour. 100% would recommend calling him for your plumbing needs.

Our hot water tank was ready to go on a Saturday morning. Lovett plumbing and heating responded in 5 minutes after I called and left a message. Charlie and I discussed options. He could have been on site in 15 minutes to replace our old tank, however we decided to go with a tankless system. Charlie and Ryan showed up on time Monday morning and completed the job in under four hours. Being in the service industry myself, Lovett Plumbing and heatings response time, quality , service and professionalism are top notch. Outstanding job! Thank you!

Knowing people and looking for a referral of “GIVE ME YOUR BEST GUY”, I was referred to Charlie for a new boiler installation and I know exactly why. He was very responsive, honest, reasonably priced, does top quality work and overall EXTREMELY professional. Charlie and Ryan were in and out on Friday in less than 4 hours to remove the old and install the new Boiler. I would 100% recommend him. I couldn’t have asked for better service. 💯

I don't usually take the time to do reviews, but I feel compelled to do it now because of the outstanding integrity that this company and its employees have demonstrated. I didn't personally hire lovett for problems with my plumbing; however my daughter just lived through two years of backed up waste clogged pipes, and broken pipes while the property owner of the park refused to take responsibility for paying for the repairs and insisting that my daughter come up with thousands of dollars to fix a mess they insisted was caused by my daughter and her family. I am so impressed with Lovett Inc. plumbing company because even though they are contracted by the manufactured park owners for plumbing issues, they are honest and fair to the homeowner. Thank you David and Greg for being the absolutely honest and fair business owners who finally got my daughter squared away and for finding the root of the problem and fixing it! I recommend this company with no hesitation!
