Avoid at all cost. They charge a ridiculous amount and are not upfront about fees. This was not a one-time thing. Many of my neighbors had similar experiences.

RO unit installation. My sink is pretty wonky to work with, but they were able to find a solution to help make the RO unit work, even in my small apartment with small sink space! Very helpful.
