They did really good job discussing different options and finding the best "bang for the buck" solution. Saved me thousands comparing to different quotes. Also the Samsung units they instaled are really nice and quiet and no anoying draft. I initially thought about DIY the project but after seeing how much work they had to do Im glad I did not :D Also the crew seemed really nice guys. My only complain is that the condensation pumps are on the nosier side, but I guess this is something that can be discussed before the project and there are quiter units if you are willing to spend few extra $. Over all really happy with the project :D
