Matt is extremely knowledgeable, has a professional attitude and gave us an excellent analysis of the problem to be solved. We needed a compressor replaced on our refrigerator and after calling 20 different appliance repair companies who said they couldn't or wouldn't do the job, we found Matt. Matt told us exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. His price was reasonable and he came back a week later with all the parts and did the work. The refrigerator is running better then new. I would and have highly recommended him to friends and family in need of appliance repair.

Matthew Fiero came by as scheduled and in a single visit fixed out washer and cleaned out our 15 year old dryer of lint and dust. Dryer cutout Sunday evening. After calling around, other service companies might be able to get to me in a week. Left a message for Matt 7pm Sunday, and he got back to me first thing Monday morning. He was able to fit us in that day. Immediately diagnosed the problem, and pointed out a few preventible maintenance issues worth addressing. Great labor rates and extremely knowledgeable.

When I initially called, I was disappointed to get voice mail….but not for long! Matthew returned my call promptly and coordinated a time to do the work. This work was for a rental property I own so communication with the tenant was important. Matthew updated me re: status throughout the process, even off hours. His follow up and work were just perfect. I found Appliance Techs through a Sears contract, but I would call them again with or without Sears! Very impressed…thank you Matthew.
