All costs were disclosed up front. Technician was efficient and pleasant, and cleared away all the packaging and discarded equipment. He also explained how to maintain the new smoke alarms.

We have used Watts Control a few times since we moved to our house and they have always been wonderful. They are meticulous in their work and are really kind people. I would recommend them highly.

Walter and German updated our electrical panel, and German replaced many faulty outlets, and installed GFIs in the kitchen and bathroom. They were always on time, neat and professional. They have become our "go to" guys for any electrical work that needs to be done.

Excellent work done by Watts control- Not cheap but you know it will be done correctly. Walter arrived on time, left the area clean, and was highly professional.

Walter stopped by earlier than expected, took a look at our issue and quickly resolved why our circuit breaker wasn't working. Also, he took the time to point out other electrical issues with the connection from the street! We appreciate his honesty.

As always Valerie and Walter were great to work with. So friendly and such great work. Walter even asked if he could come on Black Friday to complete the job, which was very convenient to us. It was outside and he took his time to do it well in spite of the bitter cold.

I recently hired them to do another project for me with excellent results. My wife and I had saved up for a whole house generator by Generac. Walter organized and coordinated the project, helping me get the right size unit for my house.

We're excited and have peace of mind knowing that we won't be out of power the next storm, and won't have to pull out the pull start generator and choose what appliance will work that minute.

I'd highly recommend them.

Another project: I hired Walter and Watts Control to add some additional lighting at a property of mine, so that it would only turn on specific times of day. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and the lights work the way we wanted them to

Walter was amazing. Was on time very professional and had the problem diagnosed in no time. They were on site within 45 minutes of my call. Great office staff very responsive. Returned my phone calls Within 20 minutes. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Pros: Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced and completed work in a timely fashion. Precisely what you want on a service company. I can say that I'm comfortable sending them over to my grandmothers home. The technician that came over did a great job of explaining what needed to be done vs. what we wanted, and a good reason for every task. He gave us several options on how to complete the work and gave us the pros and cons of each. Cleaned up the area before they left. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to cal him again or refer him to friends and family. Very happy to have found this electrician.
Cons: No the cheapest but worth it.
