Watts Control did some service at my house and Walter didn't just did a perfect job but he also gave me very good ideas on how to achieve what I had in mind. He knows about all the new technologies available. I had some ideas and he told me how he could make it work and the final product overcome my expectations. I always recommend him to anybody I know.

Walter has done several projects for us over the years. He is very professional and responsive and his service is first rate. He always comes up with solutions that are creative and better than what we could have imagined.

I usually pass on adding a review but this company gets it ! The first person I spoke with was pleasant and the perfect communicator. Walter came the following day and solved our problem at a reasonable price. From being stood up by another electrician the week before to having an excellent experience...I recommend Watts Control!

Walter and his sidekick Herman have by now done major work in my house. Changed the electrical panel and sub panel, installed AC units, changed fixtures, and other stuff. Walter noticed that the dryer vent was not up to snuff where it vents outside and he just installed a device and new vent without charging me and without me even noticing until it was a done deal!
Walter otherwise does explain everything to you and points out other issues he might find on his way. He and Herman are thorough, professional, on time and friendly. They do what they say they will do and they clean up after themselves. I also appreciate that you can communicate with Walter via email or phone and that he always gets back to you in a timely manner.
I can not recommend Watts Control strongly enough, and I will definitely call on them next time I need electrical help. They go above and beyond!

WattsControl provides excellent service and skill. Walter provided technical guidance for me to make the correct decisions on lights, fans, and other upgrades in my home. His work is pristine, placing mats on the floor, vacuuming up debris, and taking away material to be recycled. Thank you.

Our electric power had been out since the last storm a few days ago. I have a generator and hooked it up but something was preventing it from operating to supply power to our heating system and various lights and appliances. A few years ago Walter at Watts Control had done some work for us and did a fantastic job. I called Watts Control in mid morning last Friday and asked if I could speak to Walter since he was familiar with our generator set up and could maybe talk me through what I had to do to get it working properly. The woman at Watts Control couldn't reach Walter out in the field and I told her I would try calling back later. Imagine my surprise when less than an hour later Walter knocked on my door! He pretty quickly noted the source of my problem. Once corrected, we were back in business. I'd like to nominate Walter as employee of the year, and it's only March. Great job, Walter, and thank you!

Walter is great - he really knows his stuff, especially on smart home installations, and also completed lighting installations quickly and beautifully. He is willing to talk through issues/options and was generally a pleasure to work with.

We have used Watts Control many times for various electrical issues and have never been disappointed. The office staff is pleasant and responsive, and Walter Hernandez is prompt, courteous and gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend!

I was working on what I thought would be a DIY light replacement project and ran into some issues… we have used WattsControl before and have always been very pleased so I called and Valerie in the office was super helpful. She spoke with Walter and he was able to come to the house that morning. Walter diagnosed the problem and made the repair in no time. It was a great overall great experience and I highly recommend.

Awesome work, Walter is the best, clean, fast and reasonable. I'm very impressed with the way he treated my house, some contractors just walk in with their dirty boots and create a mess, Walter puts a mat outside to catch all the dirt and on top of that he used those funny shoe covers to go in my house, even his tools wasn't on my floor he left them on top of his little red carpet to avoid scratching my hardwood floor. After he left my place was cleaner than when he arrived.

Well I was hoping to get out of it cheap but my electric panel was pretty ancient and pretty cooked so I had them replace it. My tech was Scott who was excellent and did a great job as well as cleaning everything up when he was finished. I would recommend Watts to anybody looking for a quality electrician that is honest and tells you how it is.

Quite overpriced, wanted $1175, plus a $312 diagnostic fee to run a new stove line 20 feet and 6 inches through a floor. Said they price by task, not hourly or level of work required. That seems to me like taking advantage of people who don't have the knowledge to know that job would take less than 1 hour and require about $50 worth of materials, all and all should have been less than $150, for close to $1500. Call around, find someone hourly, save yourself a lot of money.
