Perfect! Professional, on time, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, hard working. Alex was awesome. He explained everything step by step and was ready for anything. After fixing our heating system he found and pointed out a leak in the living room and fixed it right away. He even gave us some safety recommendations. Above and beyond. First guy who came from a different company said we had to replace everything because a lot of things were broken, but that was not the case. Alex said we only had to replace one thing, and that’s exactly what he did and that was the exact problem. I recommend this company. They are not trying to sell you anything, they are just trying to resolve your issue as quickly and as safely as possible. On behalf of my family and I, thank you.

They took the time to explain an electrical safety question I had regarding the use of a generator. Their demeanor and professionalism on the phone was excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Horrible

Horrible customer service. Called and scheduled a service of my heating system and they said the soonest was 2 weeks out. On the day of service my girlfriend waited all day for a no call no show. I waited a few days before calling and after leaving a message no one called back. Got in contact with the main guy 2 days ago who said he would call yesterday and still no response. If they don't want the money, the service contract or the job, just say that.

When I called on july 28th they came the same day which was great. The guy that came said that he needed to weigh the unit to see how much coolant it would need but that it was expensive. When he came back to me he told me that it was $660 and that I might have a leak in the system. It is now August and the a/c is out of coolant. It was brought to my attention that he should have pulled a vacuum test to check for a leak before filling it. The coolent that my a/c unit take is r-22 which is harmful to the environment. Now I'm replacing the unit after less than a month. I could have put those $660 towards a new unit if he told me from the being that there was a leak. He also said he would email me a receipt which I never received.

Knowledgeable professional he gave the price for the filter with instalation that was going to be 400.00 and 1200.00 for my hot water heater with instalation I kept asking for my my invoice nothing.
When the job was done my total for the filter was 650.00 and the invoice doesn't show the break down of material and labor or permits.
They over charge they tell you one price
and when the job is done is a different price. I understand sometimes the quote can change because things can go wrong . The staff of this company never said anything while working that the price was going to change. If you call this company make sure you have a written invoice before they start the job.

when the staff goes to your house make sure that he put that parts back . The staff forgot to put the valve back on my tankless when I get up my basement was flooded with water and we had no heat.
The water was so hot that the paint of my basement bubbled. It took was hours to clean the our basement.
