Reviews of local pros in Athol, Massachusetts

Just had a Spring clean up done of our yard. Tyler's crew was great. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Tyler showed up when he said he would. Great communication before , during, and after the job. Did exactly what we discussed and the yard looks fantastic. Hard worker and an honest man. Tyler makes yards shine.

I contacted New Leaf a month ago about potentially filling a couple large holes in the yard that were left by the prior homeowner, as well as removing a couple piles of debris. They went above and beyond their tasks that they agreed to and filled the two large holes, two large tracks down my yard, removed 4 piles of debris, and trimmed an overgrown tree hanging into the communication wires by the road in the span of five hours. They saved me weeks of labor and did a tremendous job. I would highly recommend them for any job you have.

Google needs to add another star; New Leaf Property Maintenance goes beyond the 5-star rating.
I have never seen someone work as hard as Tyler. He takes such pride in his work and treats your property as if it were his own. It's rare to see a young man work that hard and run a professional business at the same time and do well at both. He is organized and professional and makes sure to follow through on his commitments. He also includes a personal touch of working with his clients to understand their goals and budget and respect both.
He has an eye for detail that you don't often find, he sees that little extra that brings the result to the next level. He really does go above and beyond expectations.
I've had horses on my property for the last several years. The land takes a lot of wear and tear from their hooves. In addition to the horse damage, the property has a number of challenges; large stumps, buried boulders and underground springs that can make it difficult to work around. His tractor is just the right size to work around obstacles and has enough power to do whatever is demanded. He maintains all his equipment well to ensure that both he and the equipment will not let you down. When I reached out to him, I jokingly said I wanted the property to look as if there were never horses on it. I was truly joking because I was sure there was no way that was possible. I knew I’d get good work but I couldn’t believe what I saw when I went outside. He did it! I didn’t think it was possible. His pictures will speak for themselves. It was an immense undertaking.
I’ve had him come out a few times to do a spring clean-up of the paddocks. When I knew, I was going to need this large job done he was the first, and only, call I made. I didn’t need to call around for quotes, I knew he was fair and honest and wouldn’t take advantage of the situation.
I try to give my business to smaller, nearby businesses as opposed to large chains. Unfortunately. more often than not I’m disappointed, they often fall short in either professionalism or quality of work or both. Tyler gives a great first impression and maintains it. I'm "that person" who always at the last-minute asks for something different or more than originally planned. He always goes out of his way to find a way to accommodate me.
He communicates well so you always know the status of the work. He is also quite good at coordinating with other teams when he thinks they can add that extra value to make the result even better.
He is dependable, consistent and you can always count on him to come through on his commitment to his customers. We all have lives outside of work but he never gives the impression of being rushed.
I can’t say enough about not only his work, but his work ethic as well. You will not regret working with him.
This applies to his snow plowing too. He is always there and works around your schedule so you can get where you need to go.

Highly recommend. After struggling to find a reliable company to maintain my driveway in the winter near Athol, I finally found New Leaf! They are dependable, accommodating, and do a great job.
In the winter, my driveway was always safe; plowed perfectly, sanded, and salted.
Thank you New Leaf for providing this area with a reliable landscaping service!

We hired New Leaf to remove over a half acre of.leaves from our property. They not only removed the leaves they promised, but also many other leaves that we hadn't agreed on. They had a 3 man crew, super professional equipment and the entire yard and patio area was immaculately clean in an hour and a half. If you need leaf removal, then I can't recommend this company enough. They were awesome and we will definitely be calling them again for our future needs!

He has done sanding and snow removal of my long and hilly driveway. Very responsive! We are new clients and he has come hours of us reaching out.

If anyone is looking for someone to maintain there yard, mowing, trimming, etc. Tyler and his crew are the ones to contact. They are efficient on time and take pride in their work. You will be glad you contacted them. We are so pleased with there work.

From beginning to end the team was professional and ready to work. The process started with a more than fair reasonable estimate, and they were quick to schedule my lawn care needs. They took my hideous yard and turned it into a palatial palace. The team worked hard, and I definitely got my money's worth and thensome. Great team.

I would highly recommend Tyler and his team! The landscape in the front of my house was completely overgrown and it needed attention. I am so happy with the end result. I will absolutely be using them in the future. I was impressed with their communication and timeliness.

You guys did a great job! Everything just pops now when you drive by. We will highly recommend you to anyone who asks.

From first contact to completion of the job, Tyler and his crew did an outstanding clean up of our property. They went over and above installing fresh red cedar bark mulch and evan took down a storm damaged tree that had fallen on our tool shed. Highly recommend New Leaf Property Maintenance for all landscaping work

If we could give a 6-star rating, I would!

Tyler was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable, and displayed excellent communication skills throughout our project. He was very collaborative in his approach to produce great results as efficiently and economically as possible.

Both he and his team have great work ethics and are dedicated to producing a final product that far exceeded our expectations.

We especially appreciate the impact of the artistic edging which significantly enhanced our curb appeal.

After the project was completed and we had some questions regarding sprinkler placement and use, Tyler responded immediately (as he always does) and stopped by the house the same afternoon and answered our questions and was extremely helpful.

We have already scheduled the next phase of our landscaping improvements for early summer.

Tyler and New Leaf are professional and worth every cent. Not only do they provide reliable snow removal services but amazing landscaping. I was able to provide a budget and they did a fantastic job within the budget. Professional, understanding and kind. Would recommend them to anyone!

Tyler and his team did a fabulous job landscaping my yard. They cleaned out the weeds that were 5 feet tall, and saved plants and mulched around them. They also replaced a rotted wooden walkway with stone and flat rock, and reseeded the lawn. They are professional, meticulous, and prompt. My home looks so much better and has increased it’s value. You won’t go wrong with New Leaf!!!

Last Thursday I found Nirvana with New Leaf.

I was in need of a Shed pad installation. I had contacted other vendors, but no one responded. I then saw New Leaf Property Maintenance on Facebook and was impressed with the photos on their website of work completed.

In less than 24 hours, Tyler Leblanc contacted me and was able to provide a price quote, with a detailed explanation of work to be done. Within three business days, all of the work was completed! Ya Hoooo! New Leaf also cleaned up a parking area that was overgrown. I now have a beautiful shed pad and a functional parking area.

I would recommend New Leaf Property Maintenance to anyone! 5 Stars!!! They are professional, great to work with, attentive to detail and perform excellent work. Words cannot express how delighted I am with the finished projects.

If I need any other work in the future, I will definitely contact them

I’m absolutely thrilled with the landscaping work completed at my home yesterday by Tyler LaBlanc and his three man crew from New Leaf Property Maintenance. From my initial overwhelmed feelings, now I’m completely blown away by how gorgeous my gardens look.
Tyler and his team tackled the job with remarkable strength, endurance, and focus under blistering heat. Yet, not once did they falter—they kept a high standard of professionalism throughout. The team was clearly guided by a strong work ethic ethos: efficient, thorough, and respectful of the space they were transforming.
What stood out was the leadership Tyler—the “boss”—brought to the job. His management combined authority with care: ensuring everyone stayed safe, worked smart, and produced amazing results. They completely transformed spaces I love, and I couldn’t be happier.
Each step of the process felt intentional and collaborative. The crew’s attention to detail—whether in the crisp edges of a new flowerbed or the careful placement of each shrub—elevated the project from routine yard work to genuine artistry. Even the clean-up was meticulous; they left behind only beauty, not a stray leaf or footprint to hint at the demanding labor that had occurred.
Thank you, Tyler and crew, for turning my yard into something stunning. Your dedication, strength, and professionalism exceeded expectations. I’d highly recommend New Leaf Property Maintenance to anyone seeking high quality, hard working landscaping teams.

New Leaf Property Maintenance is a top tier company. I had let all of my gardens go after my arbor broke in a windstorm because I
didn't have the proper tools to remove the heavy vine it used to hold. I called New Leaf for a quote and not only did they come soon after I called, they gave me a competitive price. They did a phenomenal job so I can now enjoy my gardens again! Hopefully, next year I will be able to add the fire-pit they suggested. Don't hesitate to give them a call, you won't regret it

Tyler from New Leaf Property Maintenance met us at our home so we could discuss our vision for the overhaul and landscaping of our new property. He listened intently, asked a lot of questions and helped us think the whole project through. He quoted the project, committed to a start date, and provided an anticipated completion date. He remained true to ALL of it. The ongoing communication through the process was helpful as we live in a different state. Tyler and his crew worked together to make our vision a reality. The finished product looks fantastic!!! I highly recommend New Leaf Property Maintenance for all of your landscaping needs - big or small!!

Couldn’t be happier with the result of their work. Our yard had been long neglected by the previous owners, and in one day this crew had it looking brand new. I would highly recommend for any lawn maintenance services!

We are new to the Athol area and our yard needed a lot of work that required equipment and skills that were beyond what I felt we could handle on our own. We connected with Tyler and am grateful that we did. He has been very professional and has been excellent with communication during the projects planned. He takes the time to listen and work with us on the adjustments to the plan.
I highly recommend New Leaf for anything you need done! You’ll be happy you chose them.
