We had work done recently for flooding issues on our property. We contacted two local companies for a quote and their pricing was very comparable. They came and did a great job on our property and I’m confident my water issues will be fixed now. The actual work happened a weeks after the initial scheduled date, but didn’t cause too much of an issue with my experience. I was also happy to have gotten an accurate quote as there were no unexpected fees.

Talented, experienced and consistent since my first landscape construction project with Cryan 2003… we sold the home 18 years later and the walkways and gardens were timeless classic designs that gave the house Curb appeal forever!
Fast forward to now 2021 ….
Kevin Cryan designed planned & executed the most amazing yard for our new lake front home.
Crazy supply chain and pandemic challenges included, the project kept a tight time table and every detail was brought to life exactly as pictured!
Could be bragging but the property is magazine quality!
The crew was wonderful, responsive, professional and grateful folks.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from this company. We had Kevin and his team do a project for my elderly mother and they completely took advantage of her by overpricing materials and went far above the original estimate. I really didn't think there were people like that in the world but I guess we were wrong. Kevin has a really bad temper too which made us just walk away instead of taking them to court.

Contacted Cryan Landscaping for an estimate, someone came out 2 weeks ago, have not received an estimate yet, still waiting!
Job has been completed by another landscape contractor.

It took 10 weeks for them to complete a 7 day job. They would show up on a Friday for a few hours and sometimes Saturday for 2-4 hours and disappear for a week. They tore up a 1/3 of my lawn from the street to the back over 100 feet of turf to use as a road to install a leeching field and septic. After finally completing the job they dropped unscreened loom and poorly hydroseeded over it which as you can see doesn’t grow grass very well. It’s as if they didn’t want to lose money so they underseeded and didn’t send enough workers or spend enough time to correct their mistakes. The rocks can clearly be seen after the hudroseed disappeared and they are totally unresponsive to calls. They’re are areas that are so unlovely we have pools the birds play in when it rains. My beautiful lawn is ruined and now I have to pay more money to fix their poor craftsmanship. Please Avoid at all costs. They are the worst. Who would do a job like this and feel

We reached out to TSP to mulch our existing beds, establish a new bed, remove some dead trees and replace several others. During the removal of the trees, they explained to me how the tree installation performed by another company the previous year had prevented the roots from taking hold in the ground. I was shocked! I appreciated their explanation for why the trees failed, and how their installation would have a better chance for success.

TSP was also flexible with our work request. We had some ideas, and they worked with each one to price us right. We look forward to working with them again!
