The actual moving crew did a great job. They were careful and efficient the whole away through. However, I was unbelievably dissatisfied with this customer service of this company. They delayed my move by over 24 hours - which is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to move. It happened because they switched their itineraries for the day and ended up doing their second job first - leaving me to wait all day. By the time they finished their other job, it was too late in the day for them to start mine - so I had to wait for the next day. Which altered all of my plans and arrangements. But was really aggravating was the lack of sorrow, sympathy, or understanding for my situation by the guy who I was dealing with all day on the phone. I must have called 4 or 5 times throughout the day to get an update - and each time the guy was annoyed by my call and rude to me. He never once said "I'm sorry" or offered any kind of apology or offered to give me a discount on the services because of the mistakes they made. In fact they hit me with almost $200 in hidden fees for the tape and blanket they used on one of my items. I was never informed that there was a cost for those things, nor was I asked if I wanted them used. I would not recommend doing business with this company. As good as the actual movers were - the customer service is appalling.

Eric Oldfield and his guys were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job handling our possessions. Moving is stressful but All My Sons made the process much easier and less stress. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks again!

Used All my Sons for my move this morning and was not disappointed. Kevin, Eric, Jeff and Parker completed the move safely and efficiently. Kevin called prior to arrival letting me know an approximate ETA and was transparent with how he believed the move would go. They completed a final walk-through with me to ensure everything was on the truck and ready to go. This crew was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Overall terrible experience. We were quoted 2 hours for a 1st floor apartment move. They sent over 2 guys and they might as well have only sent one. One guy sat around and did little to nothing. It took over 30 minutes for them to take out the first box. (Everything was already packed and ready to go). The move ended up taking 7 hours and I had to tell them to leave at least 4 car loads behind because they were moving so slowly and we were charged by the hour. Once my husband called management the other worker suddenly started taking things to the truck and they finished unloading in good time. Overall it was an awful experience both with the quoting department and the movers themselves.

Ryan and the two other gentleman did such a great job today moving all my belongings.

Ryan really makes sure he protects all your furniture, and takes alot of pride in making sure your entire move is above and beyond your expectations.

This is the second time I have used All My Sons Moving, and they are definitely my mover of choice.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All My Sons were very professional from the time I first called until they finished moving us into our new place. They were prompt and courteous and took great care of our possessions. I highly recommend calling them for your next move. Mike was great on the phone handling all the arrangements and making sure all our needs were met and Kevin who led the team on moving day went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired these people to move mostly furniture and boxes out of my home to a personal storage space. They had to use my tools as they did not bring any, what moving company does not carry tools to take apart furniture? They hire temps who are lazy (and they charge by the hour) and not professional movers at all.

They broke my $8000 bedroom set; literally broke every bedpost, scratched every piece of furniture and I had to buy new furniture and ended up giving away my old set for free. My dining room chairs were ruined, one even had a leg broken right off, and other bedroom furniture scratched. No care whatsoever and then they had the audacity to ask me for a tip after moving a fraction of the undamaged items into my new home.

Furthermore they couldn't fit all of my items into their truck since they had no clue what they were doing and I had to subsequently move 8 full size pickup truck loads to my new home with my wife. When I asked the driver why they didn't bring a bigger truck, he said that it was their only truck, this is a small-time company pretending to be big. They fool you with their automated Project Management experience and pre-move setup courtesy; which is nice, however their moving staff is a joke.

Oh and the best is their pricing; expensive for the services that they offer! The unloading took all of 45 minutes with my help. However, I was charged for two hours of unloading time. You have to pay them before they unload your things so they estimate the unload time another shady act. I didn't even bother addressing that as the characters were shady and honestly I just wanted them gone.

I knew better to just cut my losses rather than chase the company down for the damages since the furniture wasn't new, they'd just prorate and it wouldn’t be worth the effort.

They have a pretty good scheme going hopefully potential customers start reading their reviews, I sure wish that I had! It’s not everyday that someone moves and it is so stressful that I think that people overlook research since they are in a hurry or overwhelmed with packing, home sale or buying, etc.

I heard of All My Sons through a few of my colleagues. They raved about the quality of service and professionalism and now having seen it first hand as I hired them for my move, I couldn't agree more! From the first initial call and throughout the process, the manager and staff were always so pleasant to speak with. I even received a call from the branch owner himself ensuring everything was going smoothly!! The moving men called ahead of time to let me know when they planned to arrive to make sure I had everything all set for them to save myself time & money. I was impressed with the quality of care they had for my belongings as they packed and moved everything! I was a bit nervous having someone else pack my sentimental things, but the workers at All My Sons truly exceeded my expectations ! I will always recommend them!! I'm not one to write reviews but I was so beyond pleased with the service that I had to share my experience.

Rob and his crew (out of the Boston location) were fantastic from beginning to end. They were on time (gave me a 20 minute notice courtesy call prior to arrival) and were efficient with packing, loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and setting up all of our belongings. There was no damage to any of our things and they were responsive to putting everything where we wanted it in our new place. I also appreciated the transparency regarding cost as there were no hidden or unexpected fees. I highly recommend All My Sons, especially Rob and his crew.

This is our second time using All My Sons Moving & Storage and they are great! From beginning to end, they are helpful, thorough, responsive and reasonably priced. Our moving team, led by Isaiah Obrien, was great! They are speedy, but careful. They were hardworking, but were great with my 3 year old twin boys who were very excited to watch. They gave me a very accurate estimate and the sales team was very efficient, informative, and responsive to any questions, and they were always available. The move went smoothly and the crew that handled my move were the best ever, very professional the whole way through. My movers Kevin, Carlos, and Elton showed up right at 8 am. They started and didn’t stop. I can’t believe how smooth the day went. They were excellent. They were very professional. Wrapped all my furniture and made sure they didn’t break anything. They set all my stuff up at the new place where I wanted it. The price of the move was very reasonable. The team from All My Sons RI (Treavon) was great. They showed up on time and were very experienced. They doubled checked with us about each item we were moving and very efficiently packed up the truck. Unloading at the new place was very quick. They took great care with all our belongings, padding and wrapping any fragile pieces. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were courteous and very respectful. Overall, they were a wonderful team. I will be using them again for future moves.

We had a fabulous crew of movers headed by Philip. This was no small move. We had a total of five movers who worked steady for nine hours. They were moving all of our belongings to a new home. Not a scratch on the walls (either home). All the guys were a delight to be with and we (my wife and I) were with them the whole time. All I can say is that Philip and his crew were as good as it gets. We have moved a total of 15 times over the last 45 plus years (7 major moves) so we know good movers when we see them. Highly recommended! We moved within the state of RI.

Can’t forget our estimator and coordinator, Tiffany. Very caring and organized. Really nice person to deal with.

They were very understanding when I found a few extra things to move at the end of packing up the truck. They wrapped all of the furniture. The communication was great before and during the move. The whole move was also very affordable. I highly recommend using them for your move.

I highly recommend this company. One of my friends used them 2 years ago so I called. I’m not sure who I spoke to, but they were great in setting up my move and at the end spoke to me again to ensure all went well.
The crew of 4 young men who packed and unpacked the our belongings were amazing. They were efficient, polite, respectful and very professional. They went right to work and never wasted any time. They did a great job. I had a few big pieces to get out of one house and into the other and they made it happen. Great group of guys. Great company to work with.

All My Sons movers were outstanding, on time, took care of my items as if they were theirs. Michael Joseph had the move planned out, and very professionally done and one could see that he and his crew took pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company for your next move. Reasonably priced, the move coordinator reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly.

We used this company last month. The company sent 3 guys to unload 4 U-boxes worth of furniture. Since you pay by the hour, my husband helped unloading to try to save time/money. He unloaded almost 2 whole U-boxes by himself while the 3 people from this company took twice the amount of time to unload the other 2 (1/2) U-Boxes. One of the guys pretty much sat in the truck ordering the other two around the whole time. The more my husband unloaded, the slower the movers worked and the less furniture they actually moved. It was incredibly frustrating to watch these people move more and more slowly as the day went by (because they get paid by the hour). We ended up paying for an entire day worth of moving services, even though my husband did nearly 1/2 the moving himself. Do yourself a favor and use a company that is more ethical.
