I called over the phone to ask a question about installation. He rudely laughed at me, disrespected me and began laughing even harder at the fact I was not able to do it. Horrible professionalism and even worse personally the guy was happy that I was suffering and having trouble. I wouldnt use this company if it was my last option and fortunately I live a few miles away and I'll make sure everyone in town has heard about my experience. Absolutely evil type of mentality from the person on the phone. Probably a reason they have 1 review and its 5 star. Bogus business ethics probably delete any comment that's negative about them. Let's see what the BBB has to say about it.

When searching for central air conditioning I came across information about a ductless air conditioning / heating system. I found f. A. R. Service Company from a colleague of mine. Chris the owner of the company was very personable and knowledgeable about the system I was interested in. I hired Chris to install the system in my home. He was very professional as was the entire crew he brought with him including a plumber and electricians. They were all very friendly courteous and I couldn't praise all of them enough. As for the Daikin ductless system that was installed I have only had it for one week and I am very pleased with the results. I highly suggest using F
A.R. Service Company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.
