This team was the best and made sure to check with me on everything they had to make sure I was happy. Everyone should use this company as it was more about me than them. I was in a mess after my fire and then made sure I can sleep in my own bed. Dave answered all my questions and quick response to all my concerns. Thanks for all your help guys and gals. Peggy

If it weren't for Dave and his team, I wouldnt have gotten through the clean up from a fire.He organized every contractor that came through. I highly recommend Quality Contracting. You really cant go wrong

We had to put in an insurance claim due to some water damage in our basement. Quality helped us through the entire process. Ken Minh Ta was our project manager. He and the mitigation team came out right away to get the process started and get everything dried up. There were a few bumps in the road trying to locate a professional that would install the same exact flooring that we had, but Quality was able to provide the service we needed. It did take a bit longer than expected but any time that I reached out to them for answers, they were always there to help us through the process. They did hire a moving company to get all of the furniture out of the basement for the repairs, and they were not as careful as I expected a moving company to be. As soon as I reached out to Quality with some of my concerns, Ken was right on top of making sure we were satisfied. All in all, we received good customer service from the Quality team and the floors came out beautiful.
