House Cleaning reviews in Auburndale, Massachusetts

Friendly and thorough!

I have been using the Maids since I moved to Wellesley in July 2025. They are fantastic, reliable, super nice, and do a great job. They are also very good with my dog and never let her outside accidentally. I love the team approach because my house is cleaned quickly so it's not much of an interruption to my work from home day. Ingris and her team, and Nilsa and her team are both fabulous. I feel very lucky to have found them!

Nilsa’s Team #6 is outstanding. Every visit leaves my home absolutely sparkling, with no detail overlooked. They are incredibly thorough, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything is clean, organized, and just right. The team is also very accommodating—flexible, thoughtful, and responsive to any requests. On top of that, their communication is excellent, which makes scheduling and coordination completely stress‑free. It’s such a relief to know my home is in such capable, reliable hands. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Been using The Maids for about 15 years now for regular house cleaning services. They are always friendly and careful. They are flexible if one needs to change the date of the service last minute. Similar crew had been servicing my home regularly. Only one item (a cup) broken in these 15 years with immediate notification and offer to replace.

Magui and Resm 107 are amazing!

Dina and team 103 were exceptional! They are sweet and did a fantastic and very thorough job cleaning!

I have been a customer for over a decade. Team 104 is the best and exceed expectations every week. They are punctual, consistent and leave our home healthy and clean throughout the year! Thank you!

The Maids monthly visit is my favorite day of each month!

Very professionally and thorough cleaning. A customer for 5 years now. Can strongly recommend

The team is professional, on-time, thorough. They are very hard working, and respond well to feedback. Excellent service.

Very grateful for the accommodation and customer service demonstrated by Theresa and her team today, and for the outstanding work that they do!

Carmen and her team are the best, couldn't have been happier and they came at a moments notice, thanks so much!

Amazing job! could not say enough. Everything was sparkling clean, even that toaster oven I could never get scrubbed well. Thank you so much!

Prices are OUTRAGEOUS

In response: price $700 more quoted than what I paid other cleaners for the exact same job . I would much rather put cash directly into the hands of a small business owner
than someone who is taking (a lot of) money off the top for themselves

I am a long time client of the Maids. I have been very happy with their work and attention to detail.
