I've used GreenHow twice (both times for Yellowjacket nests) - at my home in Winchester, MA - they were very easy to work with, providing all of the relevant information in terms of how they were going to approach the job and answering all of my questions. In both jobs, they were on-time and perfectly effective. They're my go-to company for this type of work from now on.

Kei has always been super professional and considerate. He has extensive knowledge of IPM (integrated pest management), a form of eco-friendly pest management we prefer. He has taken care to explain species and their behavior, and the best practice given that info. He’s been working for us w/Greenhow for a few years. This kind of hard work deserves a promotion!

I have used GreenHow for over a year now. Sean, William and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the year they have great communication of when they will be coming to the house. Highly recommend them!

Very responsive and thorough. Did a walk through of the whole unit on the first visit and plugged every entry point, set kid/pet friendly traps and pointed out evidence of pantry moths. Then treated for that, too! Rodent activity dropped way off and on the off chance something is trapped Greenhow comes out within a day to take care of it, reset the trap and check the perimeter to make sure the first line of defense is still in place. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer service! I had a meal moth problem and they actually LISTENED to me and my concerns, and reassured me that I could probably take care of it on my own but if not they were there! Getting my money was not their top priority. Helping me was! They sent me information as well. I think the moths are gone, but if they ever return I will be using Greenhow!

Great service every time. I have had GreenHow deal with hornets, rats and provide preventative treatment against termites. I have recommended their service to many friends and clients. Definitely choose them for reliability and safety.

I love everything about GreenHow. When I suspected termites in/near our home (DESPITE another pest inspector failing to find any during his look through our home before we purchased it) I called and they sent someone right out to look. The employee was thoughtful, thorough, and patient with me and my questions. They definitely found termite activity this time, a whole colony living under a rock right in front of the house. Everyone I've spoken with at GreenHow has been kind, informative, thorough, professional, timely, and they were easy to book (Donna who does the bookings is a gem). Not only that, but after signing on with them for termite and pest treatment (we have wasps, and maybe mice) for which there are very reasonable prices, they sent a handwritten card in the mail thanking us for being a customer. I also appreciate their easy to use online customer portal. Could not recommend them more! Great experience so far and no doubt it is the standard.

GreenHow provides expert lawn care service; the technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and able to answer questions. GreenHow uses good products, is responsive if a problem arises, and, most important, is able to identify the cause and suggest a solution. Highly recommended.

Greenhow has done an excellent job of taking care of two properties in Watertown. I appreciate their organization and reliability very much especially since both properties are rental properties and I am not on site. I have received numerous complements on the lawn appearance and my tenants really appreciate coming home to a well cared for yard.

The owner, Sean, is a keen observer of how pests get into the house, whether through tiny crevices or disruptions caused by neighbors’ work. His assessment has helped us set up strategies that address each problem methodically. The staff are well-trained, trustworthy and just plain nice. This is a firm that stretches for its customers and works hard to deliver results.

Stephen was absolutely amazing, responsive, patient and professional in getting our family setup. The best of what an expert customer service agent should offer. We are excited to be working with them this year and so far so great!

I recently had a great experience with GreenHow installing a dehumidifier in my basement. Of the roughly ten places I called, GreenHow was the most professional by far. They came out within a few days and gave me a written quote, then stuck to it. Others said they could have someone stop by in a few weeks, and one said in three months! Some never followed up with the written quotes they promised. The rest of the industry has a lot to learn about customer service, and GreenHow seems to get it. The tech, Jason, was very knowledgeable and actually cares about solving problems, not just getting to the next job. Their office staff was always helpful, too. I wish I could find a crew this good for all of my projects.

I like the fact that you are so responsive to all requests and always take care of it quickly. In addition, the quality of your service has been consistent over the last several years that I have been a customer, please keep it up! Most of all I like all your technicians, who are empathic and really have the best of the customer at heart! I would definitely recommend your services to all.

Sean is great. Sent message via yelp and he responded immediately. Sent his crew for free inspection. The guys sent a quote immediately, we scheduled them to come out and install the system and the did. The office support is really nice as well.

I was so pleased with all aspects of Greenhow - the response on the telephone taking all my information, to the technician that came out to our home. I felt confident that they would take care of our issue and they certainly did in a professional and thorough way. Would definitely call again as well as recommend.

Two days before my son's graduation party we discovered a huge wasp's nest in a tree in our backyard. Someone on our town's parents' FB group recommended GreenHow. I called the next morinng when they opened. They arrived in about an hour. In addition to being exceptionally fast, Terale was exceedingly competent. I would 100% use GreenHow again and recommend them highly!!

Ruben has been our technician for awhile now and each time he's here, he is incredibly thorough. He is patient, friendly and very good at his job. We are very please with Greenhow for our pest management.

GreenHow has been so helpful addressing mice in our attic. When we first called, Michael came out immediately and did a thorough check around our home to identify entry points. We've now been working with Samantha who is so knowledgeable and comes whenever we call with questions or want the traps checked. I also appreciate the teams attention to safety & cleanliness. Any team member who has come to the house always wears booties over their shoes and is masked. Highly recommend!

We love Greenhow. They are very good at what they do, their technicians are both friendly and professional, and their pest control products are green and safe for children and pets.
We also like that they send reminders just before their visits, and when the technician is on their way. We used to have a big carpenter ants problem, and they're doing a great job at keeping it under control.
And it's good to know that whenever we have questions, there's always someone very knowledgeable to respond. Sean Greenow is also a fantastic resource for gardening & landscaping advice!

When I purchased a home and renewed the service plan, GreenHow came out and did a full inspection. Wesley was knowledgable, professional, and was happy to describe what he was looking for and seeing. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely stick with them in the future.
