Very friendly customer service. Easy to schedule service calls. Knowledgeable technicians. My go-to for all my pest control needs: carpenter ants, wasp nests, rodents, sugar ants, and termite management. I would highly recommend Greenhow to anyone who is in need of pest control services.

I've been using Greenhow for lawn and shrub care for years. They're very responsive and educate me about issues so that I can make an informed decision. They take incredibly good care of my lawn, as well as shrubs and trees and provide pest control too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Greenhow is always very professional, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. They are very prompt with both our regular servicing and any urgent issues that arise. Additionally, they are very responsive and helpful in inspecting and providing guidance on issues outside of our normal service. They use products that we do not have to worry about having our kids or cat around. Overall, we feel Greenhow provides a very high quality service.

Greenhow is the best! We had bees, mice, moths, ants, you name it, and they have handled them all. The service people who come out to your house are so professional and know so much. And, the office staff is outstanding. I highly recommend their quarterly service contract. I don't know what we would do without it here in New England. I have referred them to multiple friends and colleague with rave reviews on their excellent service.

We turned to Greenhow for help with a large centipede issue in our 100+ year old home. Not only did they thoughtfully diagnose the issue, and help curb the bugs, but everyone I’ve talked to is always friendly, helpful, informed and able to quickly help with whatever we need. They are always here when they say they will be and not only perform the service, but also take time to help educate me about what they are doing, and our options along the way. Green how came to my house to get rid of a wasps nest. I use them for a sentricon termite system and all my pest needs and they are always great. I showed the tech where the nest was and he went right to work. Identifying them as wasps he began spraying them. The wasps went crazy and the tech even got stung a bit. I told him I was sorry he got stung and he has gone above and beyond. He responded no worries it’s my job. From thereafter there were no wasps in our back yard

We called GreenHow to assess an indoor fly issue and an outdoor yellow jacket nest, and have nothing but the highest praise for them!

They were able to give us an appointment the next day with Samantha, who was punctual, friendly, and very professional.

She examined the issues we had called about, thoroughly checked the interior and exterior of the house for any other potential issues, and ultimately told us that there would be no benefit to spending money on exterminator services, as the particular pests we had would die out on their own quickly. And she was right; the bugs were all gone a few days later!

It's a pleasure to encounter a well-run family business of high integrity, that truly exists to serve its customer's best interests, even when that means giving up a sale.

We asked GreenHow to remove a pretty big nest of hornets, and I am happy that I did. When I asked for an estimate on Yelp, GreenHow was the only company which gave us a straightforward estimate unlike a bunch of others that offered free consultation or a phone call. I really like their transparency. I think the price is competitive. They came on time. The job was well done. Their website is user friendly and effective. Every aspect of our experience indicates that this is a well run business that care about customers. I’d highly recommend.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. My tech Carlos was great, very professional and knowledgeable. They were the only exterminators that were able to come on the same day, in fact in couple of hours after my call. They will be my go to from now on.

I can highly recommend GreeenHow. Danny, the technician from GreenHow that has serviced our home, has done an excellent job at eliminating mice as well as carpenter ants. He is pleasant and considerate and very good at his job. They have great follow up.

Greenhow’s team is incredible. They thoroughly listened to our concerns and didn’t push us in any specific direction. Everyone was so kind and educated us through every step of the process. They were respectful of us and our space and very nice to our pets! Our carpenter ant problem has mostly resolved after just 1 treatment. The treatment is safe and effective. Denis from Greenhow came by today to check for termites in my garden. I have a decaying log I wanted to keep.
He inspected the log and my garden soil and assured me I didn’t run any risk in keeping the log in place.
The garden inspection completed, he then thoroughly checked my entire basement for termites. He spent a good 20 minutes with me.
He was very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. There was no charge for his coming out to do what he called an estimate.
You can be sure I’ll call him for future needs. I can’t recommend him more highly.

GreenHow has serviced my house for several years. They have been very professional and have done exactly what they said they would. Ace tech Danny Fassino arrived on time, quickly donned slipovers to cover his shoes and set to work placing baited traps on our cellar sills and in boxes on the floor.

Within two days, the work yielded success: three dead (now permanently blind) mice followed by another three an additional ex-mouse this week. After each ex-mice occasion the office was contacted and Danny dispatched to remove the former rodents and rebait the traps.

Brendan was professional, helpful, and informative during the initial service visit. Samantha conducted a thorough inspection last week, and clearly explained their services. All good.

Green How has been providing mosquito, flea and tick service as well as fertilizing my yard (which is utilized a lot by the hounds) since 2017. The service is excellent, communication/response time is great and their billing is easy. There's a prepay discount if you renew service early by end of April. Highly recommend their company.
