Victor was great. He answered the phone, communicated via text and phone call, and figured out and fixed a rather complicated issue with my oil boiler. The control board on my power vent was going bad but it wasn't immediately evident, so it was tricky to diagnose the issue. Victor stuck with it and narrowed it down to the control board. He made sure we had heat for the night, then returned the next day. He then drove 45+ minutes away to pick up the part in a snow storm and then installed it. All of this was 2 days before Christmas also, amazing service. Do not hesitate to call Victor, he was great and his prices were competitive.
