I’ve known Jean from Trust Contractors for over 15 years and have had the opportunity to work with him on multiple projects during that time. Jean is an excellent professional who truly knows his craft. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and takes a great deal of pride in the quality of his work.

What I appreciate most about Jean is his attention to detail and the care he puts into every project he takes on. He approaches each job with professionalism and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Trust Contractors across several projects, including a full basement renovation, rubber roof replacements, and urgent structural rebuild work. In every case, they delivered outstanding results.

What distinguishes Trust Contractors is not just the quality of their craftsmanship, but the consistency of their execution and professionalism. They completed each project on time, maintained clear communication throughout, and demonstrated a high level of technical expertise across a wide range of disciplines.

During my basement renovation, we encountered delays from a third-party supplier that could have significantly impacted progress. Jean and his team handled the situation with flexibility and professionalism, adapting seamlessly while keeping the overall project on track.

They operate as true partners, offering thoughtful guidance, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring alignment before moving forward. Just as importantly, as their name suggests, they are in fact highly trustworthy. I was completely comfortable having them work in my home in my absence, which speaks volumes about their character and integrity.

While not the lowest-cost option, they provide exceptional value through reliability, quality, and peace of mind, which is extremely hard to find these days. Special recognition to Alex for his dedication and attention to detail.

We hired Trust Contractors after finding them online when we needed help repairing damage from ice dams and later storm damage. Water had leaked into multiple areas of our home, and it became clear that a full roof replacement was necessary in addition to repair due to water damage in the living room and bedroom.
Jean came out quickly to give an estimate and took the time to understand our situation and concerns. The project included shingle roofing on the front of the house and rubber roofing on the rear dormer in addition to repairs from water damage in the living room and bedroom.
Jean was great to work with—responsive, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. He even suggested additional lighting, which we’re very glad we went with. Pricing was fair, communication was consistent, and he made sure everything met our expectations before considering the job finished. I noticed a few items that we’ve pushed off over the years and asked Jean if he could take care of them (problems with electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms, loose banister, light touch-up in other areas outside of scope, and new floodlights outside). Jean was happy to help address them as well without having to modify the estimated cost. Having worked with other contractors, I was impressed with his commitment to satisfaction.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and we’re very pleased with the quality of work. His team did an outstanding job. We love how our living room turned out. I’d definitely recommend Trust Contractors.

I hired trust Painting Inc. general contractor to do several projects around Lynnfield Woods office park in Lynnfield Massachusetts.
I had them paint the stripes that were on the 4 building, they painted with precision, really looks great.

I had them paint 29 parking lot poles they sanded those down primed them accordingly and painted them they also painted flag poles, in addition to all that they painted the whole interior of 220 Broadway in Lynnfield interior looks great.

Jean's team rebuilt the 12'x20' deck in less than two weeks. Excellent workmanship, reliable crew, easy to deal with, price competitive. Very good experience overall and I would hire them again.

Not only is Jean incredibly professional and talented he is also one of the nicest people I’ve met in a while. My job was mid sized and Jean his team were both efficient and incredibly meticulous. Highly recommend these painters - very skilled, very trustworthy, very kind.

Jean and his whole entire crew were great to work with. Jean was extremely professional and responsive from the initial estimate visit all the way until the final punch list of items to close out the project. He offered a competitive flat rate for a project that he completed in 1 week during peak fall season for entire exterior paint job including power wash entire house, restoration of composite siding, prep work, white trim, gray brick/full body including chimney, black shutters, and 4 Black doors around the whole house. He also added in the shed with the same paint theme and 24× 20 cement patio that he painted with deck paint to give the backyard a whole new look! He sent a guy back the following week for a few touch ups that were noticed after all the paint settled in and really put the finishing touches on it all including fixing my gutters! My wife and I couldnt be any happier with Trust Contractors and Jeans crew! Great work and even better people!

We were so fortunate to have found Trust Contractors on yelp. The owner, Jean, was very professional, warm, and easy to work with. Our front and side steps were in bad shape and in desperate need of rebuilding and a face lift. He came to give us an estimate the same day I reached out, and his estimate was far more reasonable than the others we had received. He also had photos of recent projects to share, as well as clear information on which materials were available. Jean and his crew showed up promptly on the date we determined, and they got the job done beautifully in under 3 work days. Like Jean, his crew was very professional, kind and safe. Jean communicated with me regularly to talk about the progress of the project, and he let me know when some changes to our original plan needed to be made (at no additional cost to us). Their work on our steps is just what we envisioned, and we are very happy with the results! Jean and his crew left our yard in good shape after they finished. I would highly recommend Trust Contractors to anyone looking for building/rebuilding services, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects!

The best painting and contracting around! I hired Jean and his crew to paint the interior of my home. The work was extremely professional and also reasonable.
