I’ve had the pleasure of working with Trust Contractors across several projects, including a full basement renovation, rubber roof replacements, and urgent structural rebuild work. In every case, they delivered outstanding results.

What distinguishes Trust Contractors is not just the quality of their craftsmanship, but the consistency of their execution and professionalism. They completed each project on time, maintained clear communication throughout, and demonstrated a high level of technical expertise across a wide range of disciplines.

During my basement renovation, we encountered delays from a third-party supplier that could have significantly impacted progress. Jean and his team handled the situation with flexibility and professionalism, adapting seamlessly while keeping the overall project on track.

They operate as true partners, offering thoughtful guidance, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring alignment before moving forward. Just as importantly, as their name suggests, they are in fact highly trustworthy. We hired Trust Contractors after finding them online when we needed help repairing damage from ice dams and later storm damage. Water had leaked into multiple areas of our home, and it became clear that a full roof replacement was necessary in addition to repair due to water damage in the living room and bedroom.
Jean came out quickly to give an estimate and took the time to understand our situation and concerns. The project included shingle roofing on the front of the house and rubber roofing on the rear dormer in addition to repairs from water damage in the living room and bedroom.
Jean was great to work with—responsive, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. He even suggested additional lighting, which we’re very glad we went with. Pricing was fair, communication was consistent, and he made sure everything met our expectations before considering the job finished. I noticed a few items that we’ve pushed off over the years and asked Jean if he could take care of them (problems with electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms, loose banister, light touch-up in other areas outside of scope, and new floodlights outside). Jean was happy to help address them as well without having to modify the estimated cost. Having worked with other contractors, I was impressed with his commitment to satisfaction.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and we’re very pleased with the quality of work. His team did an outstanding job. We love how our living room turned out. I’d definitely recommend Trust Contractors.
