General Contractor reviews in Bedford, Massachusetts

The JCM Team is exceptional. They’re polite, creative hard workers who simply do a great job! I’ve had them work on projects such as installing a granite lamp post and lantern, as well as general snow plowing. They approach each job with energy and enthusiasm and deliver on time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team!

Jimmy was great to work with. He was professional, reliable, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Everything was done at a fair price and exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

We have used JCM Contracting on several occasions. Most recently, they replaced deteriorating steel lally columns in our basement. They show up on time and have efficiently taken care of projects or repairs promptly. We are having Jimmy and crew start a bathroom remodel for us in the coming month! They have been extremely knowledgeable—helping us determine where to start, offering practical ideas, and developing a plan that fits our needs. We also plan to use them for a walkway and patio project in our backyard. JCM Contracting is our go to contractor for all our residential needs - big or small they always deliver.

JCM Contracting team did a great job with a project I got to watch from beginning to the end. They did an amazing job upgrading an early 1900’s house to meet current building code and energy standards. The place looked very modern after they were done, the project was also completed before the deadline. I noticed outstanding work ethic, deep knowledge and care for their work, and the team’s positive attitude throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend JCM Contracting!

We used JCM Contracting for ice dam removal on our roof during the endless snow & freezing weather of 2026. JCM provided great communication, follow through, and fast service. They got the job done!

Great quality work

I have been 100% satisfied with the very timely and efficient service. Excellent job!

Highly recommend. Jimmy and his crew showed up on time and completed the scope of work with precision. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

After all the snow this year, my sister and I (we live in a duplex) hired Jimmy for the 18–24” storm so we didn’t have to tackle it ourselves. He was the first to respond, clearly explained pricing options (plowing, salt, shoveling), and communicated everything upfront — including capping the storm at three trips as agreed.

He texted before arriving so we could move our cars, showed up as promised, and did a thorough job each time. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with JCM. Jimmy is an incredibly hard worker and takes a lot of pride in what he does.
He listened carefully and communicated along the way to what we wanted and made sure our preferences were reflected in the final result. It’s refreshing to see a young man so dedicated to making sure the customer is happy. Highly recommended for landscape/hardscape work!

The whole JCM team was great from start to finish. They were very respectful, paid attention to detail, and were great at communicating every step of the way. I am beyond happy with the work they did in my home. Will definitely call them again!
