House Cleaning reviews in Bedford, Massachusetts

Great service, very friendly.

Amazing! He did a very thorough job! Very happy with the end result.

Besides being extremely professional and thorough in delivering excellent results, the service was above and beyond our expectations!! Truly reliable!!!

Very professional and friendly. My carpets needed a good clean and the team did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend!!!

Trusted Green might cost more than some national chain alternatives, but they showed up on time, did a great job, and came back to clean one stain that they missed because of its location. I would recommend Henry to anyone.

Henry was great. Very honest, and responsive. He communicated very well and charged me way less than anyone else. I would use him again for sure.

Henry was very attentive, informative & thorough in his work on my living room & hallway carpet! Thank you very much. Will definitely be booking this place again! They even clean houses and much, much more!!

Mr. Henry showed up on time as discussed, he got the job done right and of course he was respectful of my stuff in the area he was cleaning at. In additional his price estimate and invoice were reasonable and affordable to me, cleaned my 10/20 sqft room tremendously, leaving it stainless free.

Henry quickly responded to my call and arranged a very convenient time to come over and clean a large living room carpet. His hours were flexible and his rates were very fair. He was able to revitalize a carpet that I was concerned would have to be replaced.

This was literally the best couch cleaning I have ever received. Also, no hidden charges. I’ve been doing a couch cleaning every year or 2 for the past 10 years and I’ve never been so impressed.
Henry was incredibly thorough, spent over 3 hrs cleaning my light beige sectional couch and got every stain out. My couch had gone through quite a bit over the past 2 years and a very rough move so I had almost made the decision to throw it out. After a the cleaning, my couch looks almost new again. Can not recommend enough.

Henry did an amazing job at our condo. Trusted Green Cleaners cleaned our two common areas which are mainly carpeted stairwells that are highly trafficked by our four units. The communication was clear, the work was completed on time and to our HOA’s satisfaction. Very pleased. We will use Trusted Green Cleaners again.

This lovely 1960's vintage velvet chair was left to me by my Aunt and I am giving it to my daughter. Before I did though, I wanted to have it cleaned. I contacted Trusted Green Cleaners, LLC and my call was taken by Henry. After discussing the details, Henry came and picked up the chair. I found him to be a very friendly person. We had a great conversation. In less than 24 hours Henry brought the chair back cleaned. He did a great job! All in all I found the price for the service very reasonable. Customer service was fantastic and I am more than satisfied! If I have any similar jobs in the future I will most definitely contact Trusted Green Cleaners! Thanks Henry!

After a problem with the insulation contractors the hose let go on their foam tank they sent Henry to clean up the mess. Henry was very professional and spent a total of 16 hours to clean it up. The foam was everywhere in the hallway on the wall, doors, woodwork and down the stairs. I never thought he would be able to remove it. It was very tedious work but he did save my carpeting. I would recommend Henry to anyone looking for someone to clean your carpets or anything you need cleaned up. I have added some before and after pictures.

Thank you Henry,

The carpet looked dull and worn due to heavy traffic and it was cleaned professionally which brought back its color and softness.

Spills had left stubborn stains on the carpet and they were treated and cleaned properly which improved its overall condition.

Very dependable service with clear communication and a smooth process from beginning to end.

Quick, reliable, and exceptional rug cleaning service.

Extracts deeply embedded dirt and allergens that vacuums can't reach

I just received a magnificent service from B & Q Carpet Cleaners last week.
I was in debt to their workers!!

The cleaning itself was nothing short of impressive. B & Q Carpet Cleaners used advanced equipment and effective cleaning solutions that worked wonders on my carpets. Stubborn stains that had been bothering me for ages vanished before my eyes, leaving my carpets looking and smelling fresh.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Awful job. We live on the Air Force Base and 100% got ripped off of $500! They left dog hair and dust stains from the bed frame and standing mirror. I KNOW for a fact they could have done a better job.
