Ken replaced front and back outside faucets where pipes had burst and water was coming into the basement. He also fixed a sink and toilet. All this was accomplished in a friendly, timely and professional way. Thanks to our neighbor who recommended D.F. Plumbing, we are much happier and will certainly call them again.

I rarely need a plumber. When I have over the years I have called DF Plumbing. They have always been prompt and courteous. Over the past week, my house wasn't getting warm anymore. I expected that I needed to replace my very old home heating system. I could have been a big ticket customer. I could have been upsold. Instead, I received, not only a quick response and incredible service, but also the benefit of kindness and integrity. There are a lot of plumbers providing the same service. DF Plumbing demonstrated what differentiates them the rest.

Charged over $400 to install water heater in 2013. Sent two young apprentices(?) to do the job. Almost immediately noticed water on floor. Apparently they bumped into bleeder valve. Recently noticed they made some terrible connections from overflow valve that broke when a roll of paper towels landed on it! Horrible fittings half-haphazardly connected. Cheap plastic downspout piping for overflow (which has since broken) instead of copper pipe. Did not put pan underneath per code either. Recommended by horrible then-property Management company Classic Property Management in E. Longmeadow MA. A friend using someone else charged $150 for a good job. STAY AWAY.

Had DF plumbing come to my house to replace some broken water lines going outside (joe) who was very friendly got the job done quickly and clean. Water running great after he got everything fixed for us.
He was punctual and very easy to talk too. Informed us of how to prevent breakage for future.
Will definitely use their services in the future.
