We received a quote within a day or two of our call. The work began right away.
Had an employee issue we discussed with the owner. They came back the following day, finished the job correcting a couple of things that needed correcting and went above and beyond to please us by doing a couple of extra services.
We highly recommend them!

Nick and his crew arrived at our house within two hours for emergency tree removal when a tree fell on our house during a winter storm. Not only did they clear the debris, but they repaired and replaced our roof and took down more trees that could be problematic in the future. Their work is extremely detail oriented and communication was seamless throughout this stressful time. We are very happy with our choice to work with Family Tree and Home, and we plan to use their services for additional home improvement projects. Thanks, Nick!

They came out quickly for a quote. Provided a great price, and we discussed more work in the future if all went well. We accepted the quote well within the time frame requested and never heard back from them. Even emailed to try to continue the conversation and they never responded. Maybe they do great work, but our time was wasted.

Nick and his wonderful crew went above and beyond to get my trees down. My insurance company was going to cancel my insurance so it was a race against time. This great gang came through. The trees are down and removed leaving the area nice and clean. Thank you Nick and crew. Everyone was nice and friendly which I appreciate very much.

OMG!! These guys are amazing! After a bad storm we had a very large tree come down. They fit us into their busy schedule immediately. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get here during daylight. So after a full day of hard work they arrived at 11pm. They hustled and were done by 1230am. I am greatly impressed with these guys the way they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely give them 5 stars (I’d actually give them more!

I have never had tree removal services and had no inkling how expensive it is! I took my time shopping around for estimates from local companies. I regularly see DL&G ads, trucks, and signage. I gave David a call and he quickly came out to provide an estimate. He gave me a reasonable price and I felt absolutely no pressure to go with his company post estimate. He was a great communicator primarily through text keeping me updated on scheduling availability. On my scheduled day, a "small army" arrived before 8am ready to work! It was such a fascinating process to watch and I was glued to my window for nearly 3 hours as a large maple was methodically/surgically removed. The entire team was fabulous and each person executed their respective tasks with efficiency and speed. While no protective covering was used, they took care of my lawn by replacing any dislodged turf (minor) and cleaning up as they went along. The tree was very close to my home which sustained no damage and all was left neat and tidy upon completion. Next day my neighbor commented that the team did a "great job"! I agree and highly recommend Dave and his team should you need similar services.

We had DL&G tree remove 5 large oak and 2 pine trees from our property. All I can say is WOW. The equipment was State of the art, the guys were extremely professional. They did a great job with cleanup, minimal damage to our backyard, which was expected due to recent rain, soft soil, etc., and they worked in a very safe practice always looking out for each other. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend them and would have them again.

What an amazing crew!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable for the work I had done. The equipment is the definitely high tech and everything is spotless. Professional from the quote to clean up. Would have them again if the need arises and definitely will recommend to others.

The customer service is top notch, they have always delivered sooner than expected, and there prices have very reasonable. Dave and his crew did a fantastic job removing 4 large trees from our property. From removing snow, to making sure the ground was hard enough so our lawn wasn’t damaged. I had two HUGE spruce trees in my yard that were killed by a lightening strike. Tall Tree did a fantastic job of removing them with no damage to the lawn and did a fantastic job of cleaning up! I don’t think they left even the smallest twig! Thank you Tall Tree!

We are so happy with this crew! What are a great job they did! We had two super old pine trees.They came in did the job in a timely fashion. Hard workers,was hot,dry day and they kept at it. We were very impressed at this crew! They are hard workers! I can’t find anything bad to say! You will be happy with them.
