Highly recommend East Coast. Referred by my picky homeowner friend and my handyman! So I knew he was good. Jake is super professional and COVID CONSCIENTIOUS which is the most important trait for me right now! Masked up and demands high safety standards from all his workers.

Not only did Jake come out on time and did an exceptional job, he saved my home and perhaps my life. My situation was a step away from a disaster.

We started working with Jake and his team in March prior to the pandemic. Unfortunately, they were unable to finish the job (due to the pandemic) but as soon as work resumed, Jake came back to complete the work. The did interior and exterior work and were great! Very efficient, clean, on time and professional. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

First, they were responsive, which is oddly hard to come by in contractors I've found, especially when you only have a small project. Second, when they were working at our house, they were professional and personable. It's been several years since they did a small repair and upgrade in our kitchen wiring and we have not had any issues. Great work and reliable communication. Would definitely recommend.

Jake did a wonderful job on a house I purchased that need electrical work (ceiling fans upgrading circuit box a number of new plugs and bathroom exhaust ) this was done before my scheduled move in and at a reasonable cost. Jake and crew were so nice and patiently answered all my questions.

I recently had to call Jake from East Coast Electric regarding my heating unit at my home. They were prompt in coming and was able to help in the diagnosis of the issues. Jake even got on the phone to check into the warranty of the the part, that needs to be replaced; and made arrangement to assist in the repair process. Jake will now be my go to for any future issues.

Recently, while preparing to relocate down south, we were getting our home ready to be sold and we needed some electrical work done. We knew we could rely on Jake, so called him right away.
Jake went far above and beyond what was needed to complete the job. Not only did he do the requested work, but in addition, he went out of his way to find and replace an out of date circuit panel cover. He took additional time and effort to locate a replacement panel cover, send for it, and personally deliver and replace it for us. That wasn't even on the original work order, but when we asked if he could help us with that item we were so grateful and appreciative that he went the extra mile to take care of it for us.
Whenever we ever needed questions answered, we would call Jake and he would always respond in a timely manner.

We had a generac installed about 5yrs ago. Jake was reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. He comes promptly every year for maintenance and also any other time I need help with anyone else. I wouldn’t give him a 5 a 10 would be what describes his work

Jake responds to calls and texts, arrives when expected~~ask any questions and he will take the time to clearly explain. My jobs have been on the smaller side, but completed promptly. Jake and his team at East Coast Electric did a phenomenal job at a fair price. We recently purchased an all electric car (a Tesla) and we spent another $500 on the home charger. We met with a number of electricians prior to learning about East Coast from a friend. Total game changer. Jake and his team were a pleasure to work with. They cut through the noise and developed a sensible plan to wire the garage for the new charger. They quoted me a very fair price. They scheduled the work and completed the job in short order. Their work was meticulous and (a few months later) everything is still working perfectly. I don't usually write lengthy reviews but these guys are worth it. East Coast Electric -- highest recommendation!!!
