My oil burning furnace broke and needed replacement urgently on Thanksgiving. Tried several Companies to come out and give an estimate and replace the boiler. Thermoil was the only company who responded immediately, had someone come out for an estimate and replaced the unit the following day. Usually the work takes two days, but they had a whole team in to do it. Extremely efficient, kind, thoughtful, and caring. Their price was BY FAR the best.
Excellent communication and follow up with Audriana in the office. They did a fantastic job, I recommend them 100%.

I’ve been working with ThermOil for 4 years now, they did Central heat/AC system install and all plumbing work at 3 properties for me, 1 singe family house and 2 multifamily buildings. Both teams are very knowledgeable and caring for the end result of their work - they take time to figure out complex situations to make sure piping and ductwork are run in the most optimal way to be completely hidden behind the walls yet provide the functionality and coverage needed. The prices are reasonable, and quality of work was complimented by other contractors and home inspectors – they use top notch equipment and take time for a proper setup.

The owner of the company stands by their work, and I never had an issue getting someone to fix an issue. Yes, things take a bit longer to be addressed during winter months when they obviously need to prioritize a higher number of emergency issues due to frozen pipes etc, but that’s part of the business and totally expected. I highly recommend ThermOil and will definitely continue working with them in the future.

My brother had such a great experience with ThermOil installing a Duct-Less heat pump at his home, that I used them for my parents house to install a duct-less heating and AC unit. They were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend their services

ThermOil, Belmont, has provided 2 heating systems, including hot water improvement as well as the necessary work to covert a wood-burning fireplace to gas. In addition, they have repaired breakdowns, including draining a water tank and recoding a boiler. Each time the service was provided promptly and priced fairly. When you call, you are taken seriously and responded to promptly. I am a very satisfied consumer and delighted to endorse them.

I had a great experience with Angelo and his team who replaced my air conditioning system. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The installation went smoothly, and the new system works perfectly. I highly recommend them for any air conditioning needs.

I called Angelo when my furnace failed the other day. He came the next morning and two days later his crew removed the old furnace and installed a new high efficiency unit. So responsive and professional and very reasonably priced. They did a terrific job. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer with Thermoil for the last 25 years, always had the best service anytime there was a question or problem they were there to solve it. So naturally when I decided to do the massave rebate program for the mini splits, I chose Thermal oil. And I’m glad I did. Their technicians were amazing. They were always on time, extremely neat and clean, every time I had a question they made sure they answer it properly and put me at ease, most importantly, they kept to their schedule from start of the project to completion of project, and because my wife works from home, they respected the fact that she was around, made sure they were quiet, and she continue to do her job properly from home with no interruptions. Just overall amazing definitely a five star Company.
PS I can’t leave out the office staff. They help me with securing the loan doing all the paperwork that girl in the office was incredible. I believe her name was Adrina.

We recently renovated our home, and had the immense pleasure of working with Angelo and his team at ThermOil to design and install both heating and cooling systems. We were consistently impressed by the character of the employees (honesty, integrity, humanity), their evident skill and commitment to doing a good job, and their capacity for patient and effective problem-solving. I am beyond grateful that we had the opportunity to work with them, and that we have such a reliable partner for annual maintenance, etc. going forward. I recommend them without reservation as a great value!

I recently had an issue with my heating system, but after a quick and helpful phone call with their team, we were able to resolve it remotely. Everything is running perfectly again! I highly recommend their services. They were willing to make the hour drive to my house if problem wasn’t solved

TL;DR- One star for business ethics - Oil spilled on property.
Decent price, called the owner a few times and he sounded friendly. However, for the past few oil deliveries, they constantly spilled diesel on my walk path. When it first happened, I didn't notice until the next day after delivery and saw my dog was licking his paw like crazy after our walk and this awful diesel smell on him. Took a good hour or two to clean my dog and the concrete. I first thought it was an honest mistake until it reoccurred the next month after auto oil delivery. Never received any notes from them admitting it or saw attempts of cleaning up their own mess- Like it ain't hard to grab an oil absorption pad while taking that nozzle from the truck to the fill pipe and reverse. Now, after snow just melted, all the diesel they spilled into the soil and sidewalk can be seen running off down the street into the sewage drain. EPA? OSHA? Never heard of them.
