David did outstanding work at my home. He arrived promptly even though it was late in the day. He immediately identified the source of my backed up drains and fixed everything efficiently. He also cleaned up completely! David was considerate and well-mannered. He is the first person I will call for future plumbing jobs, and I will recommend him to my friends.

We had a great experience with David. He came twice—first to fix a clogged bathroom sink and a kitchen sink, which he cleared in about 30 minutes, and then again for a slow-draining bathtub, which he also fixed quickly. He was very prompt, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!

David is outstanding. We have used him a couple times. We discovered our sewer pipe had backed up around 10 o’clock this morning and he was on site by 1:30 pm. He is professional, conscientious about his work and keeping the area clean, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The best. We get our line - and old clay pipe with lots of root intrusion - cleaned every year. We go way back with this company. They are prompt, and the cleanings last 6 months longer than other companies we tried in the past. As soon as we call and give them our address they immediately remember our house. we called Rhino Rooter for the first time when we had a big family gathering and our kitchen sink became clogged. I had tried calling everything I could think of including snaking the drain with a hand crank snake. It was just stuck! David answered our call on a Sunday just before a big group of family members were due to come over for a party. David told us he could come that day and true to his word arrived on time! He had given me a rough estimate with a range it might cost. After 30 minutes of power snaking the drain he had it cleared fully! Then he told us the amount which was at the bottom end of his initial estimate. He is someone who radiates professionalism and kindness. From start to finish we felt relieved to have his help and caring. We have now found the only plumber we will call moving forward and I couldn't be happier! Choose Rhino Rooter! You won't be sorry!

David was great, I highly recommend him with any drainage issues, he worked for hours in our multi unit building removing toilets, snaking drains for hours until the problem was found, I couldn't be any happier with him.
