The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The repairs on my microwave oven were completed to my satisfaction. It took a while for the necessary parts to come in. Repair costs were a bit more than I had hoped.

Crooks hiding behind pricing. Don't be fooled by their "labor free" pricing when they come by to repair the same appliance 6-7x and continue to charge you. Buyer beware of their non-tranparant pricing.
For context, we had freezer issue and after 6-7 visits and $2,000 (yes, I said $2,000!) the freezer actually works. They come by each time and keep saying "oh, you need this part now but we don't have it" thus it costing you another visit and "hidden labor charge". Obviously if we knew it would have been this costly at the beginning we would have purchased a new fridge.
Oh yeah and lastly, beware of the woman who answers their phone and books the appointments, she likes to tell you, "we pay different prices than what you can get directly from the manufacturer". Like, oh yeah a large appliance Repair shop can't get competitive pricing. Ultimately they charge 3x the cost of the parts and tell you the labor is free. Again, buyer beware. There's plenty of other reliable and honest business in the area. This shop isn't one of them.
