Right from the beginning, I knew I was dealing with an extremely professional organization. On Thu Feb 5 2026 I had another pleasing experience with SDS/Same Day Service, this time with our 20-year-old Kenmore Elite dryer. It is a powerful, well-engineered dryer but, after so many years of nonstop service, its motor finally seized up.

SDS pointed out that current dryers are not lasting so long, and gave us a very reasonable quote for fixing it. Impossible to imagine, but they had ready access to the major parts of a 20-year-old model! Within a few days it was fixed for $586. 😀

Punctual, friendly, respectful, reasonably priced, and know what they’re doing. Tristan came out to fix a tricky problem with my Bosch oven and was wonderful to work with. Plus they’ll come back for free to tweak anything within a 90-day window, so I’m not even too worried about what to do if anything goes awry. Very happy to have found these guys!

Great experience as usual! Our KitchenAid fridge/freezer needed a replacement part, but after it was installed, there were still issues with the fridge. One technician came out and, although he wasn’t able to fully resolve the problem, the company sent another technician out a few days later. After spending several hours troubleshooting and taking the fridge apart, he was able to fix it completely. I really appreciate the time, effort, and persistence they put into getting it right—another company might have simply told us to give up and buy a new fridge. Excellent service and commitment to their customers.

The pricing is very fair, they have prolonged the life of our appliances, and they are extremely knowledgeable about the brands and parts.
