Rude on the phone. Kept me waiting 5 minutes, didn't want to answer any questions, treated me like I wasn't worth his time because I'm not an expert at carpet cleaning. These guys might be the best ever but they won't get my business.

He was efficient and answered all my questions. Came to get my rug the next day after my call. My rug came out excellent even the stains all came out. Reasonable cost too.

We have been using Dave's for many years both for in-home and drop off service. They are professional, respectful and always do a tremendous job. We highly recommend them. They cleaned a couch that I feared was too far gone from the dog but it came out amazing!

I called today and they were able to fit me in! I believe Jeremy took the call and he was super nice and accommodating. Mike came to clean the living-room rug and do the stairs. My god did he work a miracle. He was so so nice and worked his butt off. The cost was so reasonable and will be using them on a regular for sure!!

Eh, not impressed. They were nice, but definitely do not feel I got what I paid for. Had some upholstery cleaned and it was not cheap - would have been worth it the results were not so mediocre. Some spots were missed or not given the attention they needed. Paid extra for the deodorizer and honestly feel like it did not do anything. Worst part is that the furniture wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Pretty disappointed, will use someone else next time.

I have been bringing my area rugs to them for years. They do an excellent job and take care with my rugs every time. They are also honest about what they can and can't get out of the rug. I spilled olive oil on a kitchen runner and they told me they would do their best but didn't think it would come out. In the end they weren't able to help but they threw it away for me as a courtesy as they are very kind and customer service oriented. Their prices are great given the service they provide.

Dave exceeded our expectations in every way. He could not be nicer! I highly recommend him!!

I was charged $350 for 3 stairs of steps which took less than a hour. Last year it was $245 so definitely a large price increase from last year. Very Overpriced for mediocre results. I’ll recommend using a different company!
