I hired Semper Mechanical to clean and service my AC unit. A friendly young man named Dan arrived ahead of schedule, wore coverings on his shoes to protect my floors, explained what he’d be doing, performed his work on the basement furnace and outdoor unit, shared his assessment, tested the system to confirm it was running properly and asked me if I had any questions. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Would hire Semper Mechanical again!

Moving to a new area it is always a "crap shoot" finding reliable and trustworthy vendors. After a couple of nightmares, you know the ones, $15 a month they send in a team to evaluate your systems and come up with a list of 10 things that need immediate attention and a quote for $1,800! Yeah, you see their trucks all around the North Shore, they are a joke.
But, Semper is different, they specialize in your HVAC systems. They are knowable, they come when they say they are and do the work professionally. I can't tell you how important it is to have professionals service your systems. Don't waste your time on ANY other HVAC vendors. I asked if they could put in two smart thermostats and he said I'll do it right now. It wasn't even on my original task list. Call Semper and they will treat you more than fair.

My AC stopped working during one of the hottest spells of the summer and I called Semper Mechanical for help. They were incredibly professional. I heard back from them within minutes and they scheduled an appointment which the technician actually showed up early for. They are now my go-to HVAC service company. Well-done!

I sought multiple quotes for our Dual heat pump project. I chose Semper not just because they offered a competitive quote, but because they were the most professional outfit of the 3 other well known competitors. Semper took a great deal of time to explain options, answer questions, completed another professional visit prior to the project commencing, to confirm everything.

In addition, they got us on the schedule within a reasonable period of time and every person associated with this company was exemplary. The project was a success and we saved thousands.

They were able to come out within a day, gave me an excellent quote compared to local competitors, and performed a complete HVAC replacement within a week. The team was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and left everything from the mechanicals to my place neat and tidy. If you are looking for a company that isn’t going to try and sell you overpriced service plans and other nonsense. This is a very reputable company that will perform great service at a reasonable price.

My old furnace and air conditioner was nearing the end of its Life. I called Semper Mechanical Heating and Cooling; they came the next day for consultation; the technician Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose a new energy-efficient Bosch system that fit my budget. The installation team was very professional, courteous and work very hard together. They
made sure understood how to use the new thermostat and they left the work area spotless; I am very satisfied with my new furnace and fantastic experience from start to finish highly recommend!!!

I called Semper Mechanical for minisplit repair after my heater stopped working well. The technician arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, and fixed the heating system quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar services near me.

We got quotes from 3 different companies to install an AC system in our older home and chose Semper Mechanical. Their quote came in the middle range but we chose them because of their pricing transparency, patience with answering our many, many questions and concerns (all of which they answered), their expertise, professionalism, the excellent reviews, and the superb communication with the front office. The unit they installed was a 5-ton Unico High Velocity ducted system with a Rheem RD17AZ60. They had a very narrow attic/ crawl space to work in but were able to install the system within the timeframe given, efficiently problem solving any issues that came up. And they were always friendly and courteous. The system works beautifully and makes no noise which is wonderful. Thank you Semper for being easy to work with and for keeping our summers cool! I would highly recommend Semper Mechanical.

Semper Mechanical will not disappoint you with their service team. The technician Dan, came out to inspect my mini split a/c unit as it was not working properly and was so impressed with the service and the technical knowledge. Today I had an excellent experience with Semper. My furnace stopped working suddenly, and they were able to come out the same day. Billy the owner sent Dan out and he was awesome. He was respectful, professional, and clearly knows his stuff . He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a straightforward way, and had the heat back on without any problems.

Great company... Installed the new furnace in 1 day. Very happy with the new unit and the price. The best part about Semper Mechanical are the people!!! Dan had to make a special trip to check on the humidifier and he was awesome. Took the time to explain everything and did a great job. So pleased with the whole company.

I called with a service repair as my heat wouldn’t turn on as a recommendation from a family member who had used their services prior. R&R (Bob) came same day at the EXACT time they said they would. They figured out the problem, left to go get a part, came back and heat was back on within an hour of their return. Very friendly, explained the problem, and gave it to me straight. I highly recommend, it was like a close friend had come and fixed/serviced my furnace.

OH MY GOSH! We cannot say enough good things about Bobby and his team! We purchased our house last year (a fixer upper) and knew we'd need new a new HVAC system. Bobby came over super quickly, was SO friendly and helpful, and explained our options. He worked so hard to provide us options that worked for our needs and budget.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from R&R Heating & AC, LLC. Jacob and Bobby came out to perform a boiler service, repipe a leaking condensation pipe, and conduct a CO test. Both technicians were utter professionals who clearly knew their craft inside and out.
