What a pleasant experience to deal with soumadel. Nazeeb who is the back office associate is very respectful and explained the charges for replacing a furnace. It is neither the cheapest nor the expensive, but i would say it is little above the average cost. When it comes to the installation, O boy, Christiano is super smart, very skillful and finds elegant solutions and finished the job very well. My system now looks super clean and well organized. Thanks a lot Christiano. God bless you.

Please stay away from this company. I wouldn't recommend them. They'll do a horrible job and the owner will just talk non-sense without actually addressing the issues. This company was selected by my home warranty company to install a new Air Conditioner unit. He assessed the apartment and put a low efficiency unit that doesn't even cool. My apartment stays at about 90-102 degrees at all times. I had a follow-up with him about three weeks ago. He explicitly acknowledged putting an inferior unit which wouldn't cool the unit. His hands were tied and just left my house.

Our 2nd floor AC unit went Out of Order - of course on the hottest day of the year. the parts from American Home Sheild late for 2 weeks but that’s not there fault A+ Service and Cumnication
