Horrendous experience....

I wish there were an option to give less than one star. I contacted this company regarding my water heater, which was installed in 2020 and still carries an active manufacturer warranty. Instead of even attempting to check the warranty or assist with the issue, they immediately pushed for a full replacement.
After I provided the make, model, and serial number of the unit, they called back with a quote of $2,800 to replace the water heater — a unit that typically retails for around $600. There was no attempt to look deeper into the problem, explore warranty options, or provide a reasonable explanation for the pricing.
The entire interaction felt rushed and dismissive, as if the goal was simply to sell a new unit rather than help the customer. I expected a professional plumbing company to at least investigate a warranty claim before recommending an expensive replacement. Very disappointing experience.

Price gauging seems to be new business order for the company who in my opinion should be stripped by their license and all privileges to exist as a plumbing company.

One of the worst experience of my life. New toilet installed in June of 2022. Had to call them as the plugger was not working after a month. The other day the toilet was moving around and I called them right away. They said they would be there the next day and of course they never showed. I was then told they had me on the call sheet for Friday. They never showed or called. I am wondering if they put in a used toilet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a very specific and unique job and called six local plumbers. Not only was Al the only plumber to call back, but he spent a ton of time on the phone patiently and HONESTLY talking me through the process and realistic expectations for the job. This type of excellent customer service is rare and very much noticed and appreciated. I highly recommend Corelli Plumbing.

Al and Corelli Plumbing are awesome. Super prompt response to the request I made through their website. Al was able to fit me in the next morning to replace leaking outdoor faucets and to replace water line shut off valves.

Al and his team were kind, polite, and the work was high quality. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

No one offered to help us as we walked around the showroom, and when we asked for help looking for a specific product, they made snarky, sarcastic comments only pointing us around rather than sales help. Beautiful (over priced) stuff, but rude, poor customer service. Not sure how they have the reputation they do.

Salem Plumbing Supply has the all the materials and most importantly all the right people at the helm to assist in completing any job! They go above and beyond to ensure the customers satisfaction.

We found a dishwasher with missing very convoluted parts and after trying multiple Lowe’s and Home Depot’s, we were directed to this place. My partner and I are both females so a little out of place there but everyone was really helpful and understanding. We really appreciate it.

This review is probably a little unconventional however, I came here in a mini panic involving my bathroom sink and I needed some ASAP plumbing advice and I wasn't sure where else to turn. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk, and I explained to her my situation. She called for one of their plumbers to come and assist me. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he was so incredibly helpful. I explained the situation, showed him pictures and he explained to me how to fix the issue (and even helped me pull up a you tube video with step by step instructions so when I went to fix the issue I could review it). It was some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. If I ever need a part or any remodeling done in the future, I'm going to go to them.

I remodeled by house — including 4 bathrooms — back in 2007. All shower doors, jacuzzi baths, bowls, plumbing and fixtures were purchased at Salem Plumbing and Bath. By and large, we have had very few issues over the last 12 years... but the couple of times we needed to replace a small part, no worries. I call Salem Plumbing & bath and they good natured lay look up my items and direct me on how best to get a replacement part from them or the manufacturer. WOW! Make my bathrooms beautiful ...AND my life easy. 😃 Thank you Salem Plumbing & bath !!!!!!

This was the first time visited the store and I needed a replacement hose for my kitchen sink. I was greeted by Melanie at the front desk along with a couple other employees. Within 2 minutes they had the make and model of my faucet and started to check the inventory for the part. They had it in stock! I was in and out in 5 minutes, well worth the trip. The showroom was filled with all sorts of high end kitchen and bath items. I will be back.

Salem Plumbing has been an incredible company to work with. While renovating my condo, they provided us with all of the products we needed for our kitchen and bathroom. All of the employees were incredible to work with and were extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. They worked with us on choosing the right products for the look we were going for and offered their professional suggestions to help us with the decision. Working with Salem Plumbing truly was a pleasure.

Had a pipe burst on our hot water heater this morning. I called JD’s Plumbing and Heating and they were here within a few hours, diagnosed and clearly explained the problem, obtained the needed parts, and had us back up and running in less than an hour and a half. No one in the house even noticed our hot water was off for a little while. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
