Long time customer - Cicoria is friendly, professional, safety oriented and neat! I’d give 10 Stars if I could!

Mark Cicoria arrived at our agreed time and efficiently reviewed our treescaping needs. He’s friendly and professional and the quote for service arrived quickly. Office staff was pleasant regarding scheduling, and the workers were pleasant and obviously highly conscious of safety. Everything was neat and totally cleaned up at the end of the job, and I was able to review the work with the crew chief.

The tree professionals at Cicoria Tree and Crane Service ARE TRULY PROFESSIONALS!
The men performing the tree work are personable and friendly.
I requested that they leave some 8' sections so I could cut them up for firewood. They piled all of the logs neatly and out of the way on a section of our yard.
After the completion of all the work they cleaned the lawn beautifully! Very happy with the Cicoria group. They are the best!

We have worked with Cicoria a couple times now for tree work in our yard. Each time, they have been professional, prompt, and courteous in their communications leading up to the work and afterward. The tree work they have completed for us was done with the utmost care and precision...and the work was not easy! Very amazed at their capabilities. Can't recommend Cicoria enough!

My experience with Cicoria Tree Service was exceptional.
I had major tree removal invoving a very large crane as well as lighter pruning work requiring their bucket truck. Both crews were timely, pleasant, neat, and highly professional. Cicoria was recommended by a friend and I must say they were one of the best contractors I've engaged in my 40 years on this property. Well done!

Keith and his team from Cicoria tree were awesome! They arrived on time, checked with me to ensure they trimmed my maples correctly, provided excellent advice about the health, safety and aesthetics of the trimming, and then did a wonderful job. This was no easy task since many of the branches were intertwined with the power lines (mostly Verizon and xfinity). Keith definitely deserves combat pay! They cleaned everything up and then checked with me again to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I wish more companies were so concerned about customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Cicoria Tree is a fabulous, local company you want to work with. They are professional throughout the entire process. They took down a large maple tree behind my house. Their clean-up was perfect. The crew was meticulous and took so much care to safely remove the tree while taking the best possible care of my property. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. I will recommend Cicoria Tree to all my friends and family.

Highly professional crew with owner on the job! I had 5 huge pine trees dwarwing my house and bombarding the roof with heavy branches in windy weather. I hired Rusty to deal with them and was not disappointed. He has the tools and skills to handle 50m pines 10 feet close to the building safely and responsibly. Highly recommend and will hire again.

Cicoria Tree Service removed 5 trees on the Condo property where I live. The work of the crew was excellent, efficient, the clean-up superb and price reasonable. In addition, the Head of Crew (Nicholas) handled an issue with a neighbor very professionally maintaining a good relationship. Highly recommend Cicoria.

I recently had Cicoria Tree remove two trees and a bunch of over grown shrubs and bushes. At my initial call the Owner came over promptly to evaluate what I wanted done and provided me with a reasonable quote the same day. I accepted and the work was scheduled for three weeks later. The two man crew arrived on time with the appropriate equipment. They were professional, highly experienced and did the work with great care. Finally, they thoroughly cleaned up and checked with me that I was satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend Cicoria.

We recently had the Cicoria Tree & Crane company remove multiple trees of a lot we own. They were timely, professional and detail oriented. Due to the current weather, they were flexible with us and ensured we were completely satisfied. We definitely will call them again when the need arises and we highly recommend them. They simply do it right!

Cicoria took down three good size trees that were tucked tightly between my house, my neighbors' house and our electrical wires. I was super impressed at how carefully they plucked out the trees with a crane and broke them down in the street. It is a pleasure to watch people who are good at what they do. The price wasn't too bad considering the amount of work. It was tied for lowest out of the three big companies I got quotes from. They were pros. They were also quick, polite and they cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys did a great job removing 4 very large trees with difficult access. Cleanup was perfect nothing left but the stumps.

When Mark came to check out the oak trees, he mentioned that it was an accident waiting to happen and have to thank Peabody Conservation Agent DelNegro for immediately giving us permission to take them down. It definitely averted a nightmare especially seeing they could have fallen over our pool area.

A huge thank you to Cicoria's crew for their professionalism, cautiousness and making sure the compromised oaks were taken down safely and would recommend them at any time.

Cicoria's crane tree removal service is quick and efficient. Was a good choice for finally removing some fairly big Norway maples that had started to shed branches.

Cicoria Tree Service took down a very large dead elm tree in our backyard. The crew was excellent---very professional and friendly. They had to use a crane to lift pieces of the tree over our house. The entire operation took only about 2 hours. Clean up was very thorough afterwards. We would like to especially thank Skip and Juan for their exceptional work and obvious expertise in removing large trees from small tight spaces. Great service overall!

The crew of three showed up on time. They methodically removed the trees and debris. They left the yard cleaner then when before they arrived. Crew was professional and personable. I have used Cicoria over the past 35 years since I built my home and will continue to do so.

We unfortunately had to remove a giant elm tree located less than 10 feet from behind our house because it died. Cicoria tree was able to crane it over the house in pieces in a single morning. They worked very efficiently and professionally, and left the property exactly as they had come (minus one large elm). They even cut out a piece of the trunk for us to turn into a table. Overall, I’m just very pleased with the experience.
