Vallerand Builders has done an excellent job for multiple projects at my home. These projects included:
1) Reframe some internal walls and renovate/paint the area where my boiler/heating system is located
2) Remove the exhaust chimney from the roof and re-shingle that roof area
3) Replace and paint a lally column in the garage
4) Repair the garage door latches and weather stripping

Dan and his team did a really thorough job with all these projects, often going the extra mile to ensure that the work was done right. The company is honest and quotes reasonable prices. They are fair in their dealings with the customer and they understand what customer satisfaction really means. As they worked on the projects, they would often provide suggestions on how to maintain/repair things. They are extremely knowledgeable in every area of home building/renovation/repair.

Also, during these projects, Vallerand Builders often had to coordinate with another contractor. During this process, Dan paid attention to every detail and made sure that the coordination between Vallerand Builders and the other contractor was smooth and without issues.

I would definitely hire Vallerand Bujilders to work on other projects at my home. A great company with a genuine commitment to the customer.

Jorge came out and cleaned my entire heating system and duct work this morning and did an amazing job! They were very meticulous with their work, explained everything to me very clearly and cleaned up after the project as if they had never been there. They even helped me get a door that was unwittingly locked from the inside unlocked so they could make sure to clean the vent in that room as well! Enzo was very kind and went over every stage of the duct cleaning procedure. My dryer's efficiency immediately increased after the vent cleaning removed an astounding amount of lint. The air in my house already feels lighter and fresher after the ac ducts were cleaned. I valued the extra precautions they took to guarantee that no dust leaked while they were working. They worked quickly without hurrying, and everything was left nice. I will most certainly make another appointment with them for my routine dryer vent and air duct cleaning.

Very happy with the small addition and back azzac deck mb construction completed for us. It came out excellent and was on schedule. There where a few hidden issues in one of our walls that he found and quickly brought to our attention . he was able to fix it quickly without delay. I will try to post pictures shortly.

Matt did all the excavation and site work for a detached garage I'm doing. He is easy to talk to and open to ideas. Great guy to deal with.

We used Matt 3 years ago. We redid our whole living area. Knocked everything down all the way down to the studs and redid my whole house. We loved the project but now the ceiling has giant cracks and Matt will not respond to text messages. It looks so bad, not like a redo that cost 100k 3 year ago. Not happy at all

We used Mb construction to build our new office in Tewksbury ma. Matt was very professional, thorough with his estimate and did a excellent job.Our office came out better than we expected. There where a few small unforeseen issues once they started demoing and he quickly addressed them in a prompt professional manner. We have been in our new office for 2 years now and love it!! Matt rebuilt most of the first floor of my 1895 Victorian, including building a new kitchen, informal eating area, full bath, and deck. The outcome was fantastic, especially since Matt made some great suggestions to deal with the inevitable unexpected hiccups. His workmanship was excellent, from the rough framing to the finish trim work which he suggested to tie the new construction into the character of the rest of the home.

I'd definitely recommend MB Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who takes true pride in his work.

Matt is a fantastic contractor. He always answers or replies within hours if not minutes. Work quality is top notch. Every detail is important to him. He made our new garage match the house by using subtle trim details others would overlook.
He stuck to the agreed budget and never waivered. My changes were handled very fairly.
He kept us informed and every day of work they arrived on time and on schedule. Site was clean every day.
His meticulous attention to detail is evident in 100 places most people won't see. He made sure every joint was aligned and every truss was spaced perfectly.
He matched the colors to the existing house and even insisted on installing shingles on a nearby shed so it matched the roof of the garage. This cost almost nothing and made a huge difference visually.
