As always Tommy and his assistant did a great job! I have two dogs and two cats so whenever I call Tommy he is always so accommodating, reliable and very trustworthy. Just a great guy!

I was so surprised to see how great my rugs came out. I was going to buy new ones but Breen Cleaning made them look brand new. They have also done my sofa and it looks GREAT! Thanks Tom..

Great service, and great people. Our manufacturing company causes the carpet in the offices to get very dirty. They showed up with an industrial steam cleaner installed in their van and had enough hoses to reach inside and all the way down our hallway. They even vacuumed everything and pretreated the really bad areas. 9 offices and a long hallway only took about 3 hours and looks great. Their price was unbeatable as well!

This was my first experience having my carpets professionally cleaned, and I was really impressed with the service! My technician, Camden, was friendly, very professional, arrived right on time, and gave me a call before showing up to let me know he was on his way. Camden made sure to be careful with his carpet cleaning equipment so nothing in my home was damaged. He even walked through the rooms with me first to talk about any spots or stains I was worried about, and then got right to work. Camden went above and beyond treating the stains and paid great attention to detail. Now, my carpets look so much cleaner and fresher than I expected! I will definitely use this company again whenever I need my carpets cleaned, and I’ll be asking for Camden every time.

We recently had our carpets professionally cleaned throughout our home, including the finished basement and the stairs leading to our upstairs bedroom. The team also helped us with new carpet installation in several rooms. Every crew member who came out was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to detail, making sure everything looked spotless and fresh. Dale and Roger were especially helpful when it came to helping us choose the best carpet options for our space, and they checked in with us after the job was done to be sure we were completely happy. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. We’re very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone looking to freshen up their home. We’ll be calling them again for any future carpet needs.

Camden was incredibly friendly, boasting a wonderful demeanor and ensured I took a look at the stain before he got to work. He effectively eliminated the stain, doing a fantastic job! On Target Carpet Cleaning was right on schedule. I'm overjoyed with my beautiful, immaculate carpets in my Billerica home.

The pair of technicians, Roger and Zachary, from On Target Carpet Cleaning who attended to my building in Billerica were well-coordinated, effective, and courteous. They carried out their carpet cleaning duties with utmost professionalism, ensuring every area was immaculately cleaned. It was an exceptional experience.

On Target Carpet Cleaning in Billerica performed exceptionally well at extracting dust from our vents. I can breathe with so much more ease now! They also skillfully removed all the lint from our dryer vent. Just a short while back, they cleaned our carpets and did a phenomenal job. Zachary, Dale, and Roger, the staff members, are remarkable. I highly suggest On Target Carpet Cleaning for all your household requirements!

We had our carpets cleaned in Billerica when we moved into our home. I was really happy with how well they were able to remove tough stains. After trying a few cheaper carpet cleaning companies with not-so-great results, I decided to call them back. Stains that had been there for years and that others couldn't remove were completely gone, and our carpets look like new again. I will definitely use them for our next carpet cleaning and recommend them to anyone in Billerica looking for fast, affordable carpet cleaning.

Zachary did a stellar job on three of my carpets. Two of them were wool, including one I'd picked up from a garage sale many years ago, sporting stains that had possibly been there for decades. My other carpet was a synthetic beige one that not only showed its age, but also an accumulation of dirt that no amount of vacuuming seemed to remove. Zachary made the trip to my place, communicating with me to ascertain what needed to be done and the time it would take to effectively clean the carpets. When I got my newly cleaned carpets back, they not only smelled fantastic, but their color had been revived! The service was definitely worth the expense and I'd recommend it to anyone needing a thorough carpet cleaning.

I first gave them a low rating because the first time they came to clean my carpet (about 800 sq ft) and do the air ducts, the job felt rushed and not very thorough. They didn’t move any furniture to clean underneath, and there was still debris left on the stairs. After I shared my feedback, the company reached out, apologized, and sent Dale and Zachary to fix things. They were very careful, detailed, and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I’ll definitely ask for them again next time. It was great to see the company take action and send out a different crew without me having to ask.

Incredible experience with this carpet cleaning service! The staff, including Camden and Roger, were remarkably professional and polite. They delivered an excellent job on my carpets and air duct cleaning. I can't imagine hiring anyone else! The quality was outstanding and at such an affordable price. I've utilized this service in my residence and my rental apartments in Billerica. I am tremendously thankful for this reliable service which offers the finest carpet cleaning. They come highly recommended. I've hired several such services but none have satisfied me as much as this one. It lives up to its promise of perfection!

i called On Target Carpet Cleaning because i really needed my carpet and recliners cleaned. at first i was a bit unsure, since i usually stick to just one carpet cleaning company. i used to be part of a rewards program, but things changed when the business was sold and the program stopped, so i wasn’t sure what to expect. but when camden and dale arrived to clean my carpets and recliners, they made me feel comfortable right away. i showed them which spots needed extra attention, and camden suggested adding deodorizing and carpet protection in the areas where it would help most, so i went for it. while they were hard at work, my family and i relaxed outside, trusting them to take care of everything since they really seemed like experts. when they finished, they invited me in to look at the results, and i was honestly amazed. the carpets and recliners looked fresh, spotless, and smelled great. camden and dale really went above and beyond, and because of their awesome work, i will definitely stick with this company for all my carpet cleaning needs. they are a real asset!

Our carpets had some tough stains and bad odors, but Camden was very responsive and helpful. He made sure to clean the carpets thoroughly and took great care with our home in Billerica. Camden explained the best ways to take care of our specific type of carpet, which was really useful. He even checked in afterward to make sure we were satisfied, and quickly returned to handle a few stubborn spots. Now the whole house smells fresh and clean! I would gladly recommend On Target Carpet Cleaning to friends and will call again when we need carpet cleaning.
