Let me start by saying we had the best rep ever Adonis Rodriguez. He helped us through the sunrun process and explained everything. He has been working with us for quite sometime our many phone conversations and visits to our home made the process go very smoothly. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our savings with the solar. I highly recommend Sunrun and highly recommend Adonis.🤩

It's definitely worth doing. I thought it was gonna cost us something to have solar panels put on the house. I was completely wrong. Not only are salesmen Louis explained everything perfectly. We had questions for days, and he answered all messages in text messages within minutes. When they came out to put the solar panels on, the crew was very professional.
You can not get much better than Sunrun.

While we I can't talk to how everything is working just yet where we just had our solar panels installed yesterday, we are very happy with the experience. The workers cleaned up and had everything installed within 3 hours whoch was incredible.

Our rep, McKenzie, was THE BEST and incredible throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient with us - which is no easy task in our household - and I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in learning more about solar panels. She explained everything thoroughly and was always (and I mean always) available when we would randomly think of questions to ask. She's truly a hard worker and we really appreciate everything she did for us-thanks McKenzie!!!!

We worked with Andrew Smith to plan out our solar electrical system last year and have definitely seen the benefits. Andrew worked closely with us and guided us in the design so that we would be sure to get the most cost effective system to meet our families needs. The install team was amazing and everything ended up looking great.

Andrew Smith was extremely patient with me over the several months of contemplating I did on whether or not to get solar panels on my roof. He explained the details to all the questions I had and he probably explained it to me more than once. I’m so grateful to Andrew for all he did, he went over and above. It’s been a couple of years and there hasn’t been any issues. My utility bill is lower and very reasonable.

It's been a great experience going solar with Ramon and Sunrun. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and polite. Install looks beautiful on my home. I can now say I'm doing my part in helping out the planet be a better place as well as paying less for electricity. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Cass and Matt were excellent with us. I asked a LOT of tough questions and they answered them all very well, and they were patient and polite with us at all times. The install was flawless and the crews were on time every day. They were excellent to work with! I have told several friends about our experience. Sunrun is the best!

I would not use Sunrun. I signed up in November of 2023. It took 6 months to get the panels turned on. The installation process punctured multiple holes in the roof of both the front and back of my house. They used the wrong brackets when installing and failed the electrical inspection, had to fix that so now my roof has patches on it and it caused more leaks. I also had just put new landscaping in and was required to remove a tree I had just planted to pass the inspection. No one informed me of that until the inspector failed the system. Sunrun promised a credit because of all the hardship but when I called to inquire about it, no one knew what I was talking about. After 3 months with Sunrun, my electric bill spiked and I called asking questions and got a different answer from 4 different people who seemed more concerned with transferring my call than answering my questions. The answer I got was "you signed the contract". So shame on me for actually believing the salespeople. Once they hook you in you are stuck for 25 years unless you want to shell out $42,000 to buy yourself out of the contract. Do not use Sunrun

Brendan McGuire is fantastic to work with. He goes above and beyond for his clients and would recommend him to others 10 out of 10 times. He was communicative and responded in a timely manner. Very happy with his assistance and professionalism.

I can say I never thought I would agree to put solar on our home. Once a friend explained how easy the process was, my husband convinced me to have a rep from Sunrun out. Andrew Smith came to our home and was very thorough with answering the many questions I had. The process was smooth and we had to have our roof done as well. From the start, the roof and the entire install of panels was so easy. I would recommend Andrew and the Sunrun team to anyone looking for honest straight forward information on installing solar.

My first contact with Rafaela was very good, me and my husband wasn't sure at the beginning about go solar, but Rafaela explained everything to us and She is very patient and genius.
The process was very simple and the install time works very fast, they don't stop until gets everything done. We got a New electrical panel and the solar system for free. We didn't had to take any money out of the pocket. So thank you Rafaela for this great experience and thank you Sunrun for your service.

Do not work with Sunrun, terrible solar company. I’m still resolving an issue I’ve had 2 years ago where they connected to the wrong unit. And are still demanding payment or using my credit as leverage. Terrible company and scammers

Totally ignored issues during installation no matter how many times I reached out to them and after that I said screw it. The sales rep wouldn't even return text messages I sent her after installation was complete and system activated but was very attentive while the process was progressing. Turns out I'm paying more now than I did before having solar between Sunrun's monthly payment and National grid. Oh yea saled rep quoted me the wrong monthly price as well.

I responded to their reply for my post and nobody reached out to me. They are really unprofessional and flat out suck. I guess I will look into selling house in spring and if necessary ripping out the solar in new owners don't want it.

The process went so well. I was skeptical because my husband was skeptical for a long time. I’m grateful that I let McKenzie in because they were able to help us with the electrical panel as well as my electric bill.

What I liked about all of the people I have worked with sunrun is they have all know what they are talking about. They are super professional and clean.
They have been extremely reliable and knowledgeable.

A lot of my neighbors and friends have done it and I’m excited to get the benefits with them!

A sales rep (Julienne?) knocked on my door a random night. In several minutes, he lied probably 5 times to try to get me schedule something. I told him twice that I didn't feel comfortable doing this and this guy would not take no for an answer. I was interested in Solar and I had sunrun's stock, but just based on this exchange, I will never work with Sunrun. You can tell a lot about a company from their customer interfacing people.

We have had our system for 5 years and we love it! We were able to get a huge discount on our roof by bundling it together.

We purchased ours when the incentives were great I know they have changed since then but it was such a great decision for our family.

We have had no problems or issues! Our only wish would be for more grid capacity. We still get a bill from the power company for what we use above and beyond the production of the system but know we save so much money on everything it generates.

McKenzie not only helped us go solar but our in-laws in their previous house as well. Our experience with both her and Sunrun has been 5 star. Exited for the many years to come!

This company continues to send people to my house and despite the "No Soliciting" sign they continue to push their product. The latest visit was a gentleman who started by hinting that he was with the electric company and they were doing work on the poles, and then transitioned the conversation to fees being charged. At this point I stopped the conversation, but still had to tell him to get off my property.

Any company that uses deceit to try to get business is not trustworthy in my book.

I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! Brendan was great to deal with and very professional.

It is to my understanding Gabi, our Rep is new to the company. I must say she was absolutely amazing to deal with. Didn’t matter what time of the day or evening I texted questions that came up and she answered without delay. She was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! She will be recommended to anybody I know who wants to go solar! Thank you for a great experience! She made it very easy for us to transition to solar!

We worked with Sean Harper and Sunrun, and it's because of Sean Harper, we decided to move forward with Sunrun. From the moment we met Sean he proved himself to be professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We looked at other solar providers, but Sunrun is the best solar provider out there. Sean took great care to make sure we understood how each program worked (lease or buy) and what we should expect, every step of the way. He never over-promised. He always over-delivered. From the time that we signed the agreement, the permits were obtained, and system installed in a few short weeks. The install went very smoothly thanks to a great team. The panels look great, and now we're just waiting for the inspector to come and sign off before we cutover. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. If you choose Sunrun, you won't regret it. Ask for Sean!
