It was a pleasure to work with New England Pressure Cleaning on getting my roof cleaned! Every interaction was great from beginning to end. They explained the entire process to me including how they would address the moss growing on my roof and how they would protect my plants from the chemicals. They were very professional, personable and prompt in taking care of my roof. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Initially had an appt but had to cancel. When I called I was told by a gentleman on the phone to call when I was ready. Well….. I came home a week ago from work and there was a sign from this company the grass.
I NEVER made another appt he just showed up, came on my property, used my water. No one was home at the time. Did not care for my property that he dragged and tossed onto the grass. Broke a few plants, the glass table had the glass hanging off. I could go on and on. I was disgusted.
Finally got a return call Monday and the owner was the person that did this job was not sorry and said his automated service and office manager was the issue.
I asked if you make it a habit to go to someone’s property without contacting them.
My neighbors without knowing anything had gone on said someone had come to my house and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
No care for my property or the fact he was trespassing. Disgusted by the treatment of my property and by his response.
Absolutely DO NOT recommend for anything.

Danny was punctual, professional and did a great job. We had our gutters cleaned out, house power washed and windows cleaned. Everything looks great and the house looks brand new. First time getting this service done and will def choose NE Pressure Cleaning if we do.

We had our house, roof and gutters cleaned. The crew was on time, very professional and they did a great job however a few months later the roof still needed a little touch up. They scheduled us in quickly and took care of the issue, their warranty and customer service is excellent.

Ollie and Rory did an amazing job presssure cleaning my house, shed, deck, retaining walls and pool patio. They worked meticulously and everything was sparkling. The whole process from receiving an estimate, scheduling and payment was easy. Highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the service from the estimate, to scheduling the work, to then completing the work. Fantastic job of cleaning the barn and cleaning the driveway in preparation for seal coating. Will use again in the future and would definitely strongly recommend. The whole project was done seamlessly and within 24 hrs. from the time we signed the contract. The finished product - lights came out as expected. The crew was on time in spite of little snow and freezing cold weather, and were able to finish the project as planned.

Special shout-out to Dan D'Addato, the sales manager, who handled this project from start to finish very professionally.

New England Pressure Cleaning did a great job cleaning a large family gravestone. The gravestone had long been neglected. It looks great now. It made me happy to know my family's resting place looks appropriately loved and cared for.

We chose New England Holiday Lighting for our house decorating this year and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We have never hired help, but this year, we wanted someone else to take care of the lights! I called another company first, and it took them over a week to reply to my inquiry, then nothing. So I decided to move on and I am so happy I did. Filled out a contact form, received an immediate call back. Had a scheduled appointment for a quote and within a few days the crew came out and set up! Mitch was awesome to chat with and talk to during the quote process. Super down to earth! I can't say enough about the process. We are in the event business, in a similar way and know the importance of customer services and responsiveness! If I could give them more stars I would! I love the look and the cleanliness of what they installed! We usually have wires everywere taking up every outlet, they used 1 outlet outside for all these energy saving lights! It looks incredible! We are so happy and you will be too!
