Called Stp and they were booked, so I asked for next available and estimate for a job. They had a cancelation and they sent a technician out and we had the job completed efficiently and cost effective. Will definitely call them again!

We had a failed water heater that turned into an emergency and STP responded immediately to our home as new customers. Their customer service was excellent, quality was great, and they were clean and respectful of the house. Will be calling for all future needs.

STP plumbing was excellent. Their pricing was better than other companies and they were able to come fix our heat the same day! They were knowledgeable and left our home very clean. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I had my bathroom vanity countertop replaced and was thinking that they would also install the new faucets and water lines we purchased but that ended up being a big fat no. I needed a plumber and I needed one last minute. I called STP Plumbing literally 3 minutes before they closed for the day. The woman who answered was very nice, very helpful and very understanding of my predicament. She scheduled someone to come out the very next morning and they installed everything. The job was done quickly and professionally. We are very thankful and very happy customers.

I placed a call to STP Plumbing in the morning and Steve & his side kick were here by 1:00 the same day and I had a new Insinkerator disposal installed by 2:00. Amazing! Very professional and easy to talk to! Don’t hesitate to call STP for your plumbing needs! Reasonable too!

We needed our new toilet installed and this plumber was recommended from where we purchased it. They were prompt with scheduling, was here at the time they said they would be here, and were very up front with pricing. We feel they were great to work with and appreciated that they fit us in quickly which we needed. Extremely satisfied with their service.

During a buyer's home inspection of my house today it was discovered that there was a problem with a pipe that could rupture at any time. I called STP and they had 2 techs in the area who were able to be at my house within the hour and replace the pipe. Thank you so much!

I called STP Plumbing Company for a same-day emergency because my house in Hopedale had no heat. They sent out Steve, who was extremely kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. He found the issue with my boiler right away, gave a clear explanation, and made sure we had heat overnight by filling the hot water tank. The part required to fix the boiler had to be ordered, so he came back first thing the next morning with the part needed and had our heat fully restored — all within 24 hours of contacting them! Their communication, professionalism, and pricing were excellent. Highly recommend STP Plumbing Company for heating and plumbing services!

We called STP Plumbing, along with another company, when our water heater stopped working and started leaking. Though we called them hours after the competition, they were first on the scene. They were very thorough, and gave us options without any high-pressure upsells. We went with them because of their professionalism, and because their quote came in well under the other option. They were back first thing the next morning, got our new water heater installed, and even switched out the cylinder in our bath tub when they checked and the hot water was not coming out as well as before. Overall we were extremely happy with their service, the price, and the quality of their work. We will definitely be calling them next time we need some plumbing done.

Came home from work one day and had no hot water. I have a wife and 2 kids and other than doing dishes and long showers this would have been a huge issue for us. Called STP plumbing and within an hour and a half a tech arrived which happened to be the owner. Great guy, good personality, respectful and professional. He even put bootie’s over his boots to not track mud into the house. My water heater could not be repaired as it was ancient. He placed the order for a new water heater that night and the very next day by 12pm his crew was onsite installing the new heater. His crew members were courteous and professional just like the owner and did a great job with the install. They removed the old water heater and honestly I can’t really say I’ve ever had a company come in like this and be such good people. They actually cared about what they do and they did it well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber that’s reliable and needs work done.

Steve and Will were great in fixing an issue we had with our plumbing leading to our washing machine. We had consulted others in the past on this issue but nobody else was able to fix it. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

Amazing company. They were incredibly professional and friendly. Their work was impeccable and they gave us lots of options, easily broken down, so we could make the best decision for our situation. Called Steve after normal hours for a toilet issue at my parents house. He was headed to Providence at the time, my folks are in Hopedale. He said give me an hour or two and I’ll be there. And he was. Pricing for an emergency call was better than anyone I’ve contacted in the past and he was there when he said he would be. I’ll 100% be using Steve for any and all future plumbing work that I need and will be recommending him to anyone else looking for a rec. thank for your solid work STP!

Very impressed with STP Plumbing! I contacted him via his webpage on a Saturday morning and received a scheduling call that afternoon for Monday. He was knowledgeable, very informative for what my issues might be (and what they aren’t) and provided very fair assessment of the work. He even took care of a few minor issues I had with some leaks right then. Highly recommended!

This company was outstanding. The service agent JT came out within the hour of my call. He was very friendly and engaging. He thoroughly explained what the issue was and did the job quickly for a very reasonable price. It was actually 1/4 of the cost that another large agency quoted me last night. I highly recommend this agency. 10 stars, not five!
