Great service. They did a great job assessing what was wrong with our refrigerator and fixing it in a timely manner.

The technician, Jeff, was both knowledgeable and very professional.
He explained the repair in layman's terms which was much appreciated. I received a phone call from the main office to alert me that Jeff was on his way. He arrived shortly after. A very good experience overall.

Our 7 year old Miele freezer has been leaking on and off for several weeks. We called same day and they sent out Jeff. Jeff was extremely professional courteous and explained everything along the way. We ended up not doing the recommended repair because we are balancing paying for a new refrigerator versus Making repairs on this current one. The leak has stopped so that is the good news! Highly recommend this company for appliance repair.

We’ve used this company for repairs for many years, and always found the work to be the best quality, and the repair people, all of them, to be smart, informed, easy to communicate with, and invested in what they do. This time, now with a younger generation, fits the company’s profile perfectly. Tristan was really impressive, fluent in all things dishwasher, knowledgeable about our model as well as others, thiughtful, skilled, and a pleasure to have in the house. It’s a remarkable outfit, actually, stable over decades. I couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service. Technician introduced himself and shook hands. Explained what he was doing. Gave advice and recommendations.
Fixed the problem although machine 20 years old so advised to replace in time.

Great experience with Same Day Service. My ice maker in my fridge was on the fritz…. Fixed. Technician Kevan was very competent. Neat, pleasant, and I appreciate the way the time frame is set up.. Same day service came out to repair a microwave oven combination. They were extremely professional and thorough and very customer focused. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful! Don serviced our sub zero units and he was so helpful and efficient. He took the time to educate me on what to expect with our very old appliances he was servicing and how to maximize their longevity. We will definitely be calling again next year and will definitely be asking for Don. He was so knowledgeable and experienced and eager to help.

Our dishwasher was making a new, bad sound and we needed to clean out the lint that had huilt up in our dryer. Tristan was great - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us the run-down on the pros and cons of fixing versus purchasing new, gave great guidance on ongoing maintenance, and informed us on appliances that were worth the money (in his opinion). Did the job thoroughly, took before and after photos, and generally provided great service.

Four months ago Don came for my subzero maintenance. He is so knowledgeable on all the aspects of the appliance. He also identified a shelf that was very rusty. I had no idea I should replace the shelf. The part was on back order and today he came back to install it. I had prepaid for the shelf and had completely forgotten. Same Day Service is such an honest company. When a part becomes available, no matter how long it takes they make sure to deliver and install it. Even though I had no idea. I am so happy I use them and will make sure to have Don come back every year. Thank you for being such an honest/trustworthy/ professional company. Sarah

Polite, friendly service person( Nelson). He listened to what was happening in fridge. Thought it could be a drain problem. He found out quickly and had it all fixed up just as quick. Explained everything as well.

Excellent! Same day service. They text you 30 minutes before they are coming so you don't have to stay home all day. The tech was great. Extremely professional and personable.

The same-day service was outstanding—even when I called at 5 PM, they still showed up that evening. Mike quickly fixed the problem, and both he and Jeff were incredible. Their expertise and character truly stood out. They even tried to walk me through a fix over the phone before coming out. Can’t recommend them enough.
