The technician, Jeff, was both knowledgeable and very professional.
He explained the repair in layman's terms which was much appreciated. I received a phone call from the main office to alert me that Jeff was on his way. He arrived shortly after. A very good experience overall. -

Our 7 year old Miele freezer has been leaking on and off for several weeks. We called same day and they sent out Jeff. Jeff was extremely professional courteous and explained everything along the way. We ended up not doing the recommended repair because we are balancing paying for a new refrigerator versus Making repairs on this current one. The leak has stopped so that is the good news! Highly recommend this company for appliance repair.
