The technician was great, no complaints.
Previous visit-The service company is very disappointing. There is no window during the day for service and twice i waited all day and got a message late in the afternoon both times that my appointment would have to be re- scheduled. It is also impossible to talk to a human. I tried multiple numbers with no success.
I would recommend the tech but not the service

This visit, everything worked out, but the mechanism for tracking estimated time of arrival is poor. Still, it's impossible to talk with a human.

Rudy was great! He was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my dryer and let me know my options. If there was a higher rating he would get it!!
