I called about a broken fridge and Bill was there the next morning at 8 AM. Bill diagnosed the problem as a broken fan and had the part replaced by 9 AM. Excellent response time and great service at a reasonable price.

Awful. An interaction happened at the Maynard Market Basket with a man who works for this company and was in the company van which was a very bold move of him to act out this way. He started to yell at my friend in line at the market basket check out. Being impatient, he had told him to “Go to the back of the line, buddy. We all here can actually pay for our groceries.” My friend kindly said please wait a minute and be patient. As we were leaving the checkout line, my friend had said “learn some manners.” This is when one of your employees snapped at my friend. Keep in mind, this grown man completly snapped at a minor. He started to yell and scream at my friend in the parking lot. He had used the F slur toward my gay friend which is HIGHLY offensive, disturbing, and WRONG. Do not use this company unless you want ignorant, rude, and impatient employees working with you!
